Bad app
I am forced to use this app and it got worse after the big update. It takes long time for the “AI” to figure out what expense it is and I wish there were the possibility to disable the AI Scan because it does not work properly.

- La FaceID ne marche pas tout le temps.
- Il y a des problèmes de synchronisation entre les rapports sur la version Web et l’app (ceux créés sur le web ne se voient pas sur l’app et inversement)
- Lors de la saisie des dépenses le clavier n’apparaît pas, mais impossible de quitter la dépense sans saisir un montant: obligé de fermer l’app et perdre tout la saisie.
Des corrections sont attendues urgemment.

Mit jedem Update wurde die effektive Nutzung der Software auf dem iPhone schlechter!
Die automatische Foto/Scanfunktion funktioniert teilweise nicht mehr, es werden Belege auf „nicht erstattungsfähig „ gesetzt, ohne zu erläutern warum. Dass diese Belege samt aller Eingaben dazu nach dem Schließen und wieder Öffnen der App einfach komplett verschwunden sind, ist absolut nicht akzeptabel!

There is no support for this app. No chatbot, no email, no phone. I cannot report malfunctions in the hopes of improving the app. I cannot be detailed here because I risk deletion. I don’t know what else to try.
Easy and quick
I use the app almost every week to scan my receipts. It goes super quick and I can just hand it in and know I will get my money back!

Impossible d’enregistrer les notes de frais
Depuis la mise en ligne de la nouvelle version de l’app Declaree, je n’arrive plus à rentrer ou enregistrer une note de frais. Je suis obligée de passer par le site internet.

Terrible app- I cannot edit the expenses and all reports show a red circle with a red slash. I reported these to help 2 months ago…
Expenses can’t be edited upon trying to file
The update of the app has killed it.
I can take a picture of a receipt but cannot make any edits.
Full purpose of the app is gone.
Prior version worked and this upgrade to the new app has destroyed the entire use case.

The new version is slow, crashes often and lost a feature.
This new version (1.6.2 build 82) is very slow (it takes several minutes before I can see my expenses and can do anything).
It crashes when I select addresses for mileage expenses. And I lost the possibility to assign a project to my expenses. Other colleagues say they can but some projects they see on the website are absent in the app.
It’s a pity we can’t use the old app anymore and are stuck with this new app that is not yet up to the task. Very frustrating.
