I love this game so much. I’ve reached level 658, but it will not allow me to unlock a new area. It says “Room loading…please try again later.” How long will it take to load new areas?

I have been playing this game for awhile and really like it. I am on level 1090. I have won this level at least 5 times but the game doesn’t advance and it doesn’t give me the points to design the room. It does give me points but I want to move on in this game. I looked for a way to contact support but there doesn’t appear to be one. Please look into this problem and correct. I have rebooted my iPad at least 5 times to no avail.

OMG THE GAME HAS GONE!!!
I have been loving playing this game the last few months, well over 1000 levels completed and over 45k coins collected. Couple of days ago it stopped working!!!! Wouldn't sign into Facebook either. Deleted the app to re download...... now it only lets me sign in ad a guest, reset back to level 1 and all my coins and current level have GONE 😢😢😢😢🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Only fun for a short time
I was loving this game until it literally became impossible to clear boards. I ran through my sizable coins trying one level and no amount of extra moves was helping. I’m glad I didn’t waste any money on this game and I uninstalled it.

A lazy effort by the developer
There aren’t enough options to customize decor; too many things are lumped into one option. For example: a single choice in one room selects the couch, rug, table, table decorations, and a lamp. That should be at least three options, allowing the player more opportunity to design and make a room that it likes. Also, some of the rooms are carry-overs from other games by this developer, such as the coffee truck/stand. You have significantly fewer options, though. What, in other games, was multiple choices (side, windows, top, sign, awning) was cut down to a single option. It’s lame and it makes the decor aspect unenjoyable.
