A different twist to ABC practice
The decoration of letters was something new--it is simply placing different shapes and/or objects on the upper or lower case letters and resizing to suit your fancy. That would be appealing to some learners. I was not happy with the phonics feature--letter sounds were not pronounced correctly. This app would engage some learners, while others would bore quickly and probably never come back to it.

Decorate Alphabet
Great graphics with a lot of potential. This app is good for the younger learner but would require direction from an adult. It provides six options to use the app. The Vocabulary for ABC provides a picture for letters of the alphabet. Very cute pictures. The Spelling option is a would be difficult for a young learner to investigate. The Decorate ABC is great option to explore the alphabet and even allows the learner to record their voice.

Pretty good
Fun basic app for kids learning their letters. Just another modality for them to practice their letters. I agree with the previous reviewer that the voice is somewhat distorted. Not really sure why.
Needs some improvements
The voice at times seems to be too loud and is hard to understand. Some of the pictures that correspond to the letters are hard to make out. More instructions need to be given to make it easier to use the "Spelling" and "Decorate ABC" sections. I was not impressed with this app.
Okay but seemed like the wrong combination
This only engaged my child for a few minutes. The amount of content is great, the options extensive, but didn't really seem to make real connections between the letter and the decorating; it was jut crafting. My child that enjoyed the decorating was too young for the games, and the ones that could play the games felt like the decorating was not as fun as other crafting/decorating apps. It would be mildly entertaining if you have children of different ages, but any particular child will probably not seem to enjoy all aspects of this app, and there are other apps that do each thing separately, better.

Fun app for the little ones
My kindergartners loved laying with this and asked if they could play it again!
Not quite there yet
This app was a little difficult to follow. The graphics were colorful and interesting, but it was not very intuitive. It was not clear what the student was practicing or what they should be learning. The animal letters were an interesting idea but not always easily recognizable as letters. Perhaps include instructions for teachers on how to use the different activities.

Fun and Colorful
This app offers lots of colorful practice with upper and lower case letters. I liked the puzzle section the best, but some of the pictures were hard to recognize. The pronunciation of the words was also unclear, but the students had fun decorating the letters with endless choices of decorations!

This app is ok for playing around with the alphabet, there is no puzzle game it is beginning sound matching.
Create your own
My favorite part was being able to decorate my own letters with lots of different media. It presents the capital and lower case letters by showing a created animal or object in the form of the letter it begins with. One downfall is sometimes I felt the recorded voice was "shouting" during recording and therefore it muffles the vocal. Also some pronunciations are not correct. Good for ages 3-5.
