The App does what it says
infuriating
Every few months when I use the Face ID to log in it tells me something has updated and I must log in. But when I put my password in it says it’s wrong. But it’s not?

It works well and is so convenient. It saves me time and that’s a good thing! Keep up the good work.

Almost Perfect
The app works well overall and I get my information easily. However, The login page is not ideal. The area to enter your login credentials is very tiny and cramped at very top of page, and you can barely see the word “continue” to proceed. Why so tiny? It’s almost hidden there. It’s very confusing for people new to the app.

I have been using the Dedham Savings App for a few years. Fast and Efficient transfers from account to account, Zelle is great, and the ability to deposit checks on-line. I highly recommend.

Wish it would notify me if my balance went below 0 so I could put more money in my account before it charged me 30$ fee or it would not let purchases that would bring my balance below 0$ go through. Overall functions provided by the app work well
not enjoying this version
I find it difficult to find a transaction. The search options are limited and the text is small. The previous version wasn’t great but it was better than this.
Very convenient
I love using the app for banking. Although the last update made some changes that I don’t love. It added steps to simple things like making transfers..Not a big deal I’m getting used to it. :)
