Absolute Garbage!
Everytime you go you signed out or in the app reset logged you out you have to do it all over again just a straight piece of garbage and for what what kind of security does this need a third snow information on this app that can be used for anything, and why can I not use face recognition with this just garbageman piece of crap!

Need a new app
I work for different agencies that use an app and they are way better, who ever they hired to make this app needs fired.

Worst app I’ve ever used
No ma’am
It lets me clock in, but when I go to clock out, it says that I never clocked in???? And on the rare occasion it decides to work it won’t take a supervisors signature......
Decent, but major drawback...
The biggest drawback with this app is that it won’t remember your username or password, so you always have to reenter both when logging in. This gets frustrating when you’re trying to login otw to work in the morning.
Such a headache
This app continuously crashes and my schedule never shows up on it.

Slowest App Ever
My Issue is with almost everything! It always takes me several minutes to log in which makes me late an then I have to fill out a paper time sheet anyways and then we get emails about no more timesheets, it doesn’t remember username or passwords which takes even longer to clock in, sometimes the keyboard doesn’t even show up so I think it’s my phone. So many duplications of items that pertain to the same services which makes it even longer, there’s times when it won’t even let us clock in then we get a punch in or out reminder and you hit the Ok button and it doesn’t go away so we have to close Out the app and open it multiple times before it goes away, than there’s the clocking out, if we clock in early then try to clock out at same time we clocked in before the clock out time it gives us then we get a early clock out message. This App is More of a Pain then the phone system or paper timesheets.

Horrible
I hate this app so much your late when your clocking in and you go over the hours when clocking out it take 3-5 minutes just to open the stupid app it doesn’t save any of your passwords or name no point of this stupid app go back to the phone system !!!
Worst app I have seen
With this app it is by far the worst. It has very little to do and constantly kicks you out which makes you semi late going into a clients house because you have to constantly log in and it does not remember your password or login!
1)Does not show your whole monthly schedule by weeks that would be a plus instead of a week ahead.
2)Does not allow you to accept shifts it will send you a shift to possibly pick up but when you open the app you can’t accept or decline.
3)If you don’t have service in your clients apartment then you are screwed for it to not work. To clock you in or out you gotta find service pretty much to get paid.
4)App constantly is kicking you out.

Terrible
I love the thought that went into this app. But, I’d rather go back to paper time sheets. My issues so far:
1-the log in page doesn’t let you see your password as you enter it, and with mobile devices and big fingers that’s a must. I locked myself out today and I swear I was putting my password in correctly.
2- the lag in speed has me double checking my signal. It’s atrocious. No reason it should be so slow with so little functions.
3- it only shows a limited schedule, I personally would prefer a monthly/weekly view option to look at it as a calendar. (Also would be nice if it could sync with my phones calendar but not necessary I suppose).
4- lack of functions. Why have an app just for clocking in and out. Let’s aspire for more. Wouldn’t it be nice if it had a list of open needs that updated routinely. Something that would allow us to see schedule. Again, not necessary but would be nice.

Love it
We used to have paper timesheets and now can document everything from within the app. I can easily change my password within the app.
Awful!!!
Way too slow to load. Wants to update all the time but never does when you click on it. Insists on tracking your location “always” which drains phone battery. If it worked properly it would be good.
Not good
The app is slow to load there is not an option to save your username and password. I was not able to get a signal in the building I was working in so I had to stand by a window to clock in and out. The app is not very functional otherwise because we still have to check emails frequently to pick up shifts. If there is going to be an app it should be multi functional with an option to book shifts and submit availability.

Needs to be fixed
App takes long to load and it keeps asking your to update and it never updates
Needs upgrading
App slow to load. No where to put in a note when need be. Continually asks to update. For the volume of employees this app serves, it should be better.
Review, possible updates
Slow, only gives you the schedule for the week not the month, doesn’t let you reset your own password right from the app, can’t back track time if you forget to punch in.
