Good little pocket guide
Good little app that gives you information on this beautiful area of Wales without bogging you down in loads and loads of facts. Concise and to the point it provides lovely photos of the places to visit and where to find shops, banks, post offices etc etc. I’m lucky enough to live in the area, albeit only recently, but I’ve learnt quite a bit about the places and have added things to my must do list.

Perfect App for Visitors to the Dee Valley in North Wales
This is perfect for any visitor coming to the Dee Valley in beautiful North East Wales. A useful guide which details many places of interest including the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct UNESCO World Heritage Site, Chirk Castle, Castell Dinas Bran, Caer Drewyn Iron Age hillfort within the Clywdian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Plas Newydd former home of 'The Ladies of Llangollen'. This app is perfect inspiration when deciding what to see and do, it is well research and is full of maps, photo's and useful information such as where to find banks, railway stations, car parks, toilets, chemists. There are so many great places of interest to visit detailed, the biggest difficulty will be fitting them all into you stay in North Wales!

Helpful and easy to use tourist guide. Quick to load. Loved the facility information - easy to find car parks, toilets and petrol stations.
The built-in Llangollen street map came in handy when we had no signal.

Dee Valley Tourist Guide
An amazing amount of research has been distilled into this extremely useful app. The photographs of the World Heritage Site at Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and the comprehensive lists of facilities in the immediate vicinity are so very timesaving when you visit the site. This guide ensures you miss none of the most interesting and memorable sites along this beautiful river valley, no wonder a large part of it is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).From Chirk to Bala with Llangollen in between there's so much to do and see you'll never do it all in one day. This guide will really help you to choose the itinerary for your visit. Brilliant!
