Worthy of six stars!
Once upon a time, I discovered a useful little app called Deed Counter. It had email backup to share data and was generally just what I needed. I used it multiple times a day for many years. But one day my phone updated and suddenly my Deed counter restore was blank! In an absolute panic, I went searching around for alternatives or workarounds. In that quest, I ended up emailing with Donald, the creator and nicest person you could imagine. He explained in a middle-of-the-night response to my panicked plea for help why my Deed counter wasn’t working (discontinued, replaced by Deed Ace) and that he would have it up and running for backup restores shortly. He also provided detailed instructions. Well it’s currently up, running, and even doing nifty summersaults! And in record time, too - under a day. I could not be happier with the app or the person behind it!
