No opportunities in nyc? Lol okay
Tried to sign up but it showed no activity in my city. I live in New York lol, no shortage of volunteer opportunities. Guess I’ll find em somewhere else bc this app is useless
Beyond useless
This app has nothing to offer; there was not a single in-person volunteer activity available in one of the largest cities in the country. On top of that, they refuse to process your account deletion & keep your information indefinitely. Do not download!
Great idea; terrible app
I love that this app is connecting volunteers to causes, but it’s so bad. I and others who use this have complained it takes over 30 seconds to respond after pushing a button—and worse yet, it queues up the button pushes if you try again!
Makes philanthropy accessible
This app allows me to donate and volunteer with local nonprofits and helps me feel more connected with my community. This most recent release has helped modernize the app and provides some really exciting new tools.
Best app for donating and volunteering!
I love this app. It makes it so easy to find and sign up for volunteer opportunities, as well as to donate to nonprofits and fundraisers. Being able to find ways to do good right from my phone has been a game changer. The new Communities feature is also awesome, since I can now stay up to date and involved in with the employee resource groups I am a part of.

I was really looking forward to using this app, however I wasn’t even able to sign-up because the app had kept crashing on me.

Amazing selection of on-demand volunteering opportunities, and the events are really well-organised and fun.
Must give your deets first
You have to register for the app with your deets yet they give NO information about the app or what is on it. For all I know it could be a scam. Pass.

What an incredible app!! Just like classpass but for volunteering. I love the social aspect as well. I’m new to the city and just met my best friend on the app :)

Makes volunteering easy
I’d been meaning to volunteer for a long time. I downloaded the app and found an opportunity in my neighborhood the very next day. It was super easy to find opportunities and sign up.
Really cool experience
I used Deed once so far. It was super easy to register to volunteer via the app. There are so many interesting projects to choose from, and I met amazing people at the event. Definitely going to do it again!
My account is borked
I volunteered once through deed and it was great but my account does not load on the mobile app or the website. Spinner just keeps going. Fix that for me and you got a 5!

Had a great time using this app. Super easy to sign up and the volunteering part was really chill. Exactly what I wanted and made volunteering a great experience.
Not Android friendly
When will you guy be spreading into the android friendly zone? I have friends who are interested in helping out and getting the app to see the projects and volunteers =(
