Have used this program for several years with Great results. A problem developed and upon contacting CMT support, a fix and update was ready for download within one day! Totally surprised at the speed this was accomplished. Recommend all their products as if they fix something this small this fast, I would expect them to have a team of professionals on any problem very quickly. Thank you!!!

Not worth $$.$$
Was trying to find a stake on my property. Plugged in the coordinates app did nothing but beep. Waste of money

Amazing app!
This thing is so cool. I have property but really didn't know the boundaries. With one stake that I knew, and the callouts on my deed, I accurately found the corners. I want to create some trails. Now with these boundary lines and the gps capability, I can create trails with confidence that I am not crossing the lines. What a tool for out here in Colorado!

Best in it's class
I am a land surveyor and I believe the Deed Calls & Stakeout application is a useful and well operating app. The procedure used by the application is very similar to what I do to survey a piece of property. It's cool to be able to do this on the telephone and to show a client his survey on the phone. I have tried the application in the field with good results. I have compared where the application says the boundaries are with the results obtained with my expensive GPS equipment and it's pretty close. The most impressive thing for me about this application is that I emailed the developer about some differences about how I thought things should work and got a quick response. They actually listened to my suggestions. I'm not accustomed to that. Good application with great potential.
