So glad the mobile app is finally here. The interface makes it super easy to do quick lookups and dive into specific topics when I need to. Highly recommend.

Disfunctional

As a shia when i saw this on instagram i was excited to finally see an islamic app that prioritizes Shia belief and was accustomed to my belief, but this app needs a complete rework before being started up. The ai literally does not work. It takes ages to respond and then says it has trouble responding. The Hadith references are nice, but in my opinion would need more organizing. This app really looks like it could be amazing but i think you guys should work on the functionality before advertising more!

Our Chatbot is functioning and is live, and we are glad to say that it has served over 900 answers over the past 5 days. We are working on making it more resilient since sometimes, due to high traffic, it could produce an error. The Deen chat goes through a rigorous agentic pipeline for every question that users ask, to ensure answers are as accurate and informative as possible, therefore it does take longer to respond in comparison to generic AI chatbots. The team is actively working on improving the experience as we continue to receive feedback. Finally an app for true Shia Islam

Love the Hikmah tree feature. A very beginner friendly way to learn deeper theological concepts, especially with the “ask Deen” feature.
