Frustrating

I have the app and collect points when possible, however to use my points I have to order through the app and the app only offers slots around 40-60 mins away and the screen in the shop doesn’t recognise the code to link to my account so can’t so it that way, and if you order ahead through the app and turn up early for your order the staff aren’t always to happy about it.

Delicious and Efficient

Often need to place an order for between 6 & 9 people and it is always a great service usually placing the order on line as ready when requested, hot and really tasty. Staff helpful and courteous.
