About

Deep Mind is an open-ended meditation tracker built for Apple Watch. Tap Start, meditate naturally, and tap Finish when you are ready. No countdown is shown during your practice. CALM MONITOR Before an interview, presentation, or stage appearance, start Calm Monitor on Apple Watch. It watches for a sustained elevated heart rate while you are still, then uses directional haptics to guide a slow inhale and longer exhale. CHOOSE HOW YOU RETURN • Silent — no deliberate haptics • Occasional — a subtle reminder at a variable interval • Adaptive — a cue only after the Watch learns a stable pattern and observes a meaningful change UNDERSTAND YOUR RESPONSE After meditation, the paired iPhone shows heart-rate change, stillness, stable periods, pattern changes and Deep Mind Delta—an estimate of physiological settling relative to your own starting pattern. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No advertising. No third-party analytics. Reports stay on your paired devices and are not stored in a developer cloud. You can manually export a backup file and restore it on another iPhone. Deep Mind never uploads or automatically synchronizes the backup; you choose and control its storage location. Deep Mind is a wellness and self-reflection tool, not a medical device. Its estimates do not measure consciousness, diagnose a condition or score meditation skill. Apple Watch and permission to access relevant Apple Health information are required for biometric reports.
