Cheap and Expensive Clothing and Accessories
I cannot endure Nicole and AC’s cackling, overdone makeup, fake tans and the attitude that they are better than anyone else. They pretend they are Christians while they talk horribly about their customers. Customer service is horrible at this point when it used to be good. They mark the prices of their products way up. I would not recommend this boutique at all. June Adel is the best boutique by far.

Cheap items
They buy things from temu and SHEIN, mark them up 500% to sale. Not good people. Made nasty comments on several lives about women. One woman told the truth about doing reverse search for cheap items being sold. The owner snd her husband made fun of her for losing her job. Not good Christian people if you are laughing at people heartbreak.

Can’t place an order
I would love to order from this store, but it won’t let me! When I try, it says: Add phone number! When I try to add my phone number, it says: update failed! Try again later! I have tried for 2 days!!!

Just the kindest, sweetest, and most positive group of folks ever. Super supportive in women positivity! Just a darling online family!! Shipping is insanely fast and they’re always so attentive to their customers wants and needs. 🩷🩷

I started liking it and then I asked for a few orders to get cancelled within 24hrs of the order placement to which they hadn’t been shipped and they wouldn’t refund my order instead did a store credit which I don’t think it’s right. So now I have to wait for no telling how long to use it and probably never again :(

I was referred to DSP from one of my very fashion forward best friends. I was skeptical about it at first being only online/via app but I was quickly HOOKED! The clothes are so on trend and come out a season ahead so you can have your next season looks secured and in your hands to wear. The team there is next level incredible. Shipping has always been from their facility to me within 2(min)-3(max) business days. They are great about returning items (you get store credit) and their customer service is so kind and quick to respond. They explain the sizing, material, feel of fabric, and ways to style pieces every time they put it on. I feel like I really know what I’m buying from them. They also interact with and remember people from the livestreams so it feels really personable and fun! My friend and I joke that we would quit our 9-5 jobs and work there if we lived close enough. I have been shopping with Deep South Pout for many years. I miss our tradition of sitting outside on Thanksgiving night with my girlfriends planning our shopping event waiting on them to open on Black Friday. I also miss getting up early Friday morning for the Friday Before Black Friday. I loved them then just like I love them now. Their customer service is the best and cannot be beat. All of the girls are top notch and make every one feel like family.

I have never received poorer customer service than that of Deep South Pout. I spent a significant amount of money on a necklace that was supposed to be high-quality, only for it to break a little over a month after receiving it. Like literally fell off of my neck into pieces. As a faithful customer, I sent an email to only get a response that I had to email the manufacturer of the necklace. Are you kidding me?!? As a customer, the company I purchased the product from should make it right, ESPECIALLY since the item is still in stock. I was recently recommended to this boutique and have spent a lot of money here. I will never shop here again. It is a total disappointment because I loved watching the girls and supporting a small business. Business owner to business owner, DO BETTER.
