Excellent!
If I could make a mandatory listening list for humans, this would be on it. It’s good for us to remember the incredibly long time the Earth has been here and all the different ways the Earth has been, and how short human history really is.
Please market this!
I absolutely loved my walk through space and time, it opened up more questions in my mind than answers; questions that we should all be asking of ourselves. I only came upon this through happenstance on the App Store, and of course will share it with others, but I would urge the developers to market this further as there is more value on this app than any other I have on my phone!

Wonderful Walk
Thank you two for the brilliant story, I loved every moment of it
Brilliant
This is one of the best apps I have ever downloaded. I recommend it to all my friends. It’s incredible to get a reference point for the age of the earth and evolution of life that has occurred within it. Take this walk, you won’t regret it!
Eats battery when not in use
Poor battery usage
Engaging and Informative
This is a very informative and engaging way to learn about the earth and evolution! The charismatic dialogue kept me interested and I enjoyed the walking aspect to get more information. I think this is a fantastic educational tool.
One aspect that I thought could be helpful in future updates is having the dialogue and app still play when going to the main screen of your mobile device. I found some moments I would exit out while I was walking to check the time and it would cut out.
Overall I would highly recommend!

Amazing, but the first bit is a turnoff
I loved walking through time with this app, and I have recommended it to friends. But I had issues with the app registering my steps (mobility assist helped with that but would often switch itself off), and I really hated the poem at the beginning.
I’m all in for renewable everything and I do think humans need to change how they use the earth, but that poem was the breast-beating hair-shirt-wearing self-flagellation style that really turns me off. And I nearly turned the app off because of it. I’m glad I stuck it through, but I do tell people to skip that bit. It’s like a concert beginning with crashing, clashing discord, then suddenly switching over to a calm and peaceful harmony for the duration.
I also couldn’t find an explanation anywhere in the app or on their website for the graphic at the top of the app. The colors seem to represent something (oxygen levels, photosynthesis, who knows?), but I can’t figure out what. It’s really got me curious.

Brilliant and totally captivating
I listened to this story as I walked along a remote beach on the East Coast of Australia. I was in awe of the birth and development of Mother Earth...... I was deeply moved, contemplative and silent for hours after. 🙏
Loved it!
I love this app! Best walking app yet! It is filled with information about Earth’s history. I would love to see another app similar to this one. My suggestion would be to create a second app that explains those last 1,000,000 years in more detail.
This app is phenomenal.
It made me cry like a baby. How don’t more people know about it?!
Incredible!
This was absolutely amazing. The writing, voice acting, and sound design are top notch and draw you in to the dramatic evolution of our universe. Find a nice nature trail and just let your mind wander.
Patronizing
The intro is insufferably long. Condescending tone throughout. Walk the steps at the NYC natural history museum if you want a history-of-time experience. BTW, neither offers plausible insights into how DNA came into existence.
Just Fantastic!
Experience it!
Thrilled
Please take a beautiful hour long walk and gain perspective on the tremendous unfolding of life, the unique and recent appearance of the human, and come to know your place in history on this glorious planet. This is an amazing app!
A mind blowing walk through earth history!
The deep time walk app is frankly a work of genius - or the very least a team of extremely highly developed minds. The app offers to take you on a journey through the history of our planet in the company of two guides: the first, a scientist endowed with the most up to date understanding of how the earth came to take its present form and how there came to be life on it, including humanity, and the second, someone who is unafraid to ask questions. The kinaesthetic way in which this journey unfolds as you walk - one meter of your walk being substituted for one million years - means that the experience is one that surpasses merely cerebral learning.
The app places humanity in its humbling perspective, where we appear in the very last moments of the walk, and as such the app serves as a tool to give perspective on one's own personal trials and tribulations as well as on the interaction humanity has had with its environment. The experience of walking the deep time walk offers a fresh perspective on many global and ecological questions without serving up readymade conclusions and as such should, in my opinion, be a required practice for anyone who takes the future of our planet as well as their own seriously.
It is an extremely rich experience. The walk is crammed with so much extraordinary, mind-boggling information that there is much value to be had from repeated deep time walk outings. It is in its own way a life-changing experience - particularly for those who may not have given much thought yet to our origins or looked at life much beyond the narrow confines of their own biographical life.
There is huge scope for this app - as a tool for personal growth, for awakening of global consciousness, as a means of questioning the often exploitative attitude humanity has to its habitat, and a way to reframe environmental, ecological questions. It is my hope that it will be very widely used - by communities of seekers of all kinds, by schools of all kinds and by individuals who wish to enhance their understanding of how we have come to be living on this wondrous, mysterious, bountiful planet and who aren't afraid to start caring what happens to this planet next.

Perfect!
The perfect antidote to an increasingly hard to understand world. Take a walk and discover how this planet came to be and how much has changed repeatedly over millions of years and for how little of that humans have even been part of it. Thoughtful, inspiring, entertaining and informative!
Groundbreaking
Since the moment I downloaded the app, I been amazed by it and it's incredible pedagogical potentials. The deep time walk is a moving account of our earth's story, that can help us both relate and understand better life on earth.
Fully recommended.

Brilliant
This app was recommended to me by a friend, it is one of the best experiences I've had. Everyone needs to do this walk, a trip through deep time exploring the history of the earth. It really puts the wonder and majesty of this planet in perspective. And it has been so professionally done. But it for your friends, your kids and everyone you know.

Mr
This is a wonderful app and I really enjoyed the walk as I learned about the history of the earth
Amazing
What a creative way to tell the story of Earth. The conversation between the fool and the scientist is totally engaging. I couldn't stop listening.
