Love this game but it always says to restart the game everytime I try to load in

The game is fun but I can’t play it anymore because it says I have no connection meanwhile I do and it says to keep restarting and I am just disappointed and sad and listen about that I am glad you fixed it ok so thank you so much I can now play again
