Great app but
It a great app but I wish a had the option to edit my playlist and I have deezer premium and i still don’t have the option and always when I go offline I can’t choose songs on offline i just have to let them play i can’t even change playlists but other ways it pretty good
Issues with app
About a month ago, the app started to have issues.. from the offline mode not working (while on vacation in China), to now it sucking my battery like crazy. I have used this app for years, now it’s making want to switch music providers.
Great Spotify alternative
Main problems is that the music library feels limited and that 2 to 4 random songs play every time you play your playlist.
Honest review.
To skip songs requires premium, to play a song directly by clicking on it and not the “mix” of your collection liked songs (to make a playlist requires premium) you need have premium, ads after every song. Makes me wish the sun would implode tomorrow so I can have my time back that I spent using this app.

search function issues and beautiful recommendations
i love this app! it’s such a good alternative to other platforms. i most enjoy the way recommendations are curated and the vibe based on playlist or song feature has never done me wrong. my only real issue with the app is that the search function doesn’t work in the slightest, it says “this page didn’t load” no matter what kind of internet connection i have, or how many times i reload or update the app. similar things happen when i try to add songs to playlists. it might just be my phone being stupid, but these things are definitely frustrating. only to an extent though! i’m still enthused to continue to use this app for streaming <:*9

Please fix the UI
The new UI is absolutely horrible. I can barely read out a complete song title in the search section due to the size increase of the heart and 3-dot icon. You’ve enlarged useless features while hiding important information. You’ve hidden useful shortcuts under drop menus and settings. The UI is janky and doesn’t have that premium feeling it use to. The color scheme is completely wack. I’ve been a client for almost 10 years and I’ve just recently had to upgrade to your most recent version and I am completely disgusted. Shame on your over paid development team.

DEEZER needs something’s free
Can you guys make the songs free, and can you make it so you can play any song you want for free, and I’m not complaining about it I love the app, but I would love those things to be free!!! Ty

How about instead of a garbage, clearly AI response from an allegedly anti-AI company y’all try actually addressing my concerns. Fùčķ ŷœű, ćűņťš.
Even with a paid plan my playlists were obviously my just suggestions, I was frequently interrupted by extreme outlier music which I can only assume they’re paid to push. They also try to guilt trip you out of cancellation and REQUIRE a reason before you can cancel a subscription or delete an account - so they hold your card info hostage for data. They also try to seem very anti-AI but rely entirely on a (strikingly bad) chatbbot for tech support. I would give zero stars if I could.

the queue system is broken

Problèmes persistants
J’utilise Deezer depuis des années polis d’une décennie maintenant et cela fait 2 ans que je rencontre des bugs sur l’application. Ponctuels et parfois absent j’imagine dû au maj. L’application se coupe en pleine lecture, parfois le problème disparaît ou persiste pour une durée indéterminée. Ce problème récurrent est toujours la malgré le fait que je change de téléphone

Ten artists? Why?
They want me to select ten artists to build a taste profile and there’s no option to close out of the pop up. Fix that, and I’ll change my review.
Bad Experience
Tried to sign up but too many hoops to jump through before u can use the app. Can’t even try it out before signing up. What a joke. Moving on to a different app.
Deezer’s AI stance made me switch from Spotify
After over a decade using Spotify and assuming I would have to put up with similar predatory artist pay and lack of transparency on any platform Deezer won me over. The ability to import all my playlists and most importantly being the only streaming platform that seems to be doing something about the AI slop that has taken over other platforms. THANK YOU for the Transparency. I’m telling everyone I know about Deezer. It is important to me that I support 100% human made art and this is the only streaming service that gives users the ability to do that. I just wish there was a toggle so that I could have 0% AI flagged content show up for me on the platform without having to go to each artist, then album, to see if it has been flagged. Even a tag on the artist page that indicates they have albums that have AI generated content would be better than having to click into the album- but I will take what I can get at this point. Please keep up the AI transparency and flagging - you are winning over many customers because of it!

I’ve been supporting this service for years. Then I cannot log in to my playlist all of a sudden. I can but for ridiculous fees. Go suck a big fat one Deezer. I’ve been your biggest supporter for years. Ciao.
Not User Friendly
I desperately wanted to like this app, based off of a few comments I have heard regarding the audio quality.
I couldn’t even see what the app has to offer because of the mind-boggling decision of the app creators to refuse new users access until they fill out surveys.
I should not have to click through numerous welcome slides, numerous tutorial slides, AND THEN be forced to select *ten* artists to “begin the experience.” Heads up, some people want to know what they are signing up for before, you know, actually signing up.
Make welcomes, tutorials, and absolutely anything else other than “play music” optional for an app designed solely to play music.
Save your time, save your frustration, and keep it moving away from this app.

Really good features, just one minor annoyance.
This is an update to my original 3-star review: since then I’ve been using it more and some of the things that I thought weren’t working actually are, just not in the way I’m used to. Basically when I get into my car, whether I connect to Bluetooth or CarPlay, the music won’t start automatically. With CarPlay I can just tap the Now Playing icon and I’m back in, but with Bluetooth I need to hit play on my phone, so I just need to remember to do that before I start driving. I’m used to Apple Music, which just starts automatically, hence my previous review. Other than that, no complaints: the app works well, Flow is a great feature and throws up interesting things, and I love that I can upload my own mp3s: I’ve been listening to stuff this week that I haven’t heard for years!

Terrible Experience, Waste of Money
I didn’t like Spotify cause it’s unethical so after paying to transfer all my music I got the cheapest $14 membership and whenever I try to search for songs on the app it says error loading which I know isn’t a connection issue cause I’ve tried other WiFi’s and the internet is good. So not only did I have to pay to transfer music but I paid for a membership and can’t search for any music even after updating the app. Waste of money for me, will be unsubscribing sadly

Приложение нифига не работает как часы. Оно полностью сырое. Вылетает плохо грузит музыку виснет. База песен да больше но это не оправдывает сами баги и глюки программы. Прошу решить проблему с проблемами в загрузке и вылетом приложения. Так пока максимум 2 звезды
