i downloaded all of my music and for some reason whenever the app is offline i canāt access it, even though itās downloaded.. kinda frustrating :ā)
Could be great, but for a few issues
I really wanted to like this, because Iāve used it before and enjoyed it, and I wanted to load in a few mp3s of tracks which arenāt available on streaming platforms. I just couldnāt get on with it though: the main annoyance was that every time I wanted to listen to music, the app had lost my current playlist so I had to search for it again, even if I hadnāt actually closed the app - this happened with earphones, and in the car, didnāt matter whether I used Bluetooth or Apple CarPlay, the same thing kept happening. Itās a real shame, because the user interface is good, thereās a great selection of music available, and the Flow feature is excellent. If the issues can be sorted, Iād happily use this rather than Apple Music.

Only works when connected to WiFi if you using mobile data regardless of its 4g or 5g this app does not work at all
App refuses to connect
This app drives me nuts, it randomly stops working blaming my internet (2.5Gb Fibre) that's working perfectly, I delete and re-install the app and miraculously it starts working again.
Itās ok BUT!
The app is okay for a music app, however the price is not worth it. Itās definitely overpriced and has less to offer than other music apps that charge less.

The fact how cheap the premium and family pack is, itās just incredible, Deezer is the best out there in my opinion
Good but canāt shuffle Liked playlist
I can shuffle my other playlists, but when Iām listening to Liked songs, shuffling doesnāt work. I can only Sort my liked songs. This is annoying because sorting keeps it deterministic. I want to be able to shuffle my liked songs without any issue

Why is the (Apple) app so trash? Itās bugging out about 20% of the time. I hate to switch to Apple Music but I also want music when I want it š¬
Great app but album/playlist art is blurry
Some album and playlist covers are blurry, and I donāt know how to fix it. The app can be slow as well, but it is improving with each update. Other than that, Deezer is fantastic!

I would love if queuing songs were a bit easier, swiping on a song for example. Otherwise I love the monthly playlists and the quizzes. The discovery is pretty good too. ^^

Youāve got to fix your shuffle
I enjoy making playlists for myself and friends. However, often when Iām listening to my playlist (that Iāve downloaded) the shuffle button plays the same songs when it has 167 songs to choose from. Itās infuriating. Please fix it. I really love Deezer, but this glitch makes me want to switch streaming services.
So, I received what looks like an AI response to the above with an answer that had nothing to do with the problem. Just admit your shuffle button is glitching. Then hire someone who can fix it.

Deezer is good
Deezer is so good that when you download the songs you can listen anywhere and anytime it is AMAZING!
Not worth the stress of customer service.
Have given this a 2 star because the music quality is superior to its competitors. However, Iāve had constant issues with offers/promos and subscriptions, just not worth the hassle anymore. Such a shame because their product is good. Also had issues 2 years ago, but gave them a second chance and unfortunately still just as bad.
