Je paie un abonnement , et malgré tout quand je suis hors-ligne certaine musique ne peuvent pas être écouté, ça arrive aussi que dans mes musiques téléchargées, des titres ne sont plus « disponible »… pourquoi? Je perd des chansons à cause de cela!

I would love if queuing songs were a bit easier, swiping on a song for example. Otherwise I love the monthly playlists and the quizzes. The discovery is pretty good too. ^^

You’ve got to fix your shuffle
I enjoy making playlists for myself and friends. However, often when I’m listening to my playlist (that I’ve downloaded) the shuffle button plays the same songs when it has 167 songs to choose from. It’s infuriating. Please fix it. I really love Deezer, but this glitch makes me want to switch streaming services.
So, I received what looks like an AI response to the above with an answer that had nothing to do with the problem. Just admit your shuffle button is glitching. Then hire someone who can fix it.

Deezer is good
Deezer is so good that when you download the songs you can listen anywhere and anytime it is AMAZING!
Not worth the stress of customer service.
Have given this a 2 star because the music quality is superior to its competitors. However, I’ve had constant issues with offers/promos and subscriptions, just not worth the hassle anymore. Such a shame because their product is good. Also had issues 2 years ago, but gave them a second chance and unfortunately still just as bad.

Good only because there is no better alternative
I moved from Spotify because they are not ethical, and was really disappointed (relatively) by Deezer.
Songs will just stop suddenly. No reason. Downloads do not seem to stay downloaded. Podcasts will play in the wrong order.
If I decide to pause for a second, I had better resume within 10 seconds, otherwise the play button on my EarPods trigger nothing.
The default view on the Apple Watch is some menu no one cares about instead of the player controls. And you can’t even search a song from there.
The first click on a new song will sometimes just resume the song I was playing before.
And, very irritating, I get constant popups about how I can customise my library. I don’t want to OK? Closing that popup once a day is really annoying.
So yeah it globally works, if you give it constant attention.

Flow feature is the best feature in all music streaming apps
I always wondered where I can find music like the ones I hear in shops and that because I don’t know any artists and this app makes it so easy to listen to curated music. Unlike other apps that feature only good artists, Deezer lets you explore good songs from artists you’ve never heard of that are top notch. It’s my favourite new music streaming app 💜

Worst music app ever!
It wasn’t even worth the free trial. Any music that you add to your playlist is useless if you don’t continue pay the $15 a month for it, which is insane because your downloads only download in app, not to your phone. Once you cancel. You can no longer listen to them. SoundCloud & Spotify are 100x’s better at like half the price.

Like I have been using Deezer for 4 years now and I listen to music every day I have had no issues I have barely had any ads and when I was on a cruise my WiFi was great and I didn’t have the cruses WiFi

Updated review
Initially I had issues with buffering and playback quality. Then I was over charged. But guess what?! Deezer customer support is responsive and they remedied my issues. Special thanks to Augustin for following through.
Free option is too limiting
The free option is… well, too limiting. Can’t listen to the songs you want, can’t listen to artists, can’t listen to albums in order. It’s frustrating, but I get that they have to compete with other music apps. My biggest issue is the premium ads that are blatantly ai generated. Cheap and tacky!
Small problems
There are a couple of problems I have with the app. The first being artists with the same name will only have one profile for example no cash has 4 different artists under one tag. The second when directly play a new song it will start a whole new mix and delete your queue.One more problem with the queue is it won’t play your songs before the entire track mix. Other than that I love the app!!!!
