Very accessible app. I don’t even call anymore. Literally just push buttons and I have a pizza at my door. As long as you have you information entered correctly the app works great!!
Love it, but ....
I love this app. Especially when I can pay for it online and have the kids pick it up. Lately though, it won’t let me submit payment. It says I haven’t chosen a payment method even though I’ve already picked my card on file and added a tip! It’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.
I prefer ordering on an app
I prefer ordering on an app because I can take my time and check specials and prices without feeling like I am wasting someone’s time. The only issue I’ve ever had with the app is using it around the holidays it calculates closed days off wrong sometimes.

It doesn’t even let you create a profile. Can’t verify the address. I think I know where I live.
Always works well
I’ve never had an issue. And I’ve been using this app for awhile bc I’m too lazy to go pick up my food. Works for me sober & while I’m hungover af 🤷🏽♀️

Very Polite delivery personnel
Not only the food is good and at a decent price their delivery personnel is very polite and enjoy talking to them they are very friendly. The only issue I see is that I know they sell 20oz brisk tea but it doesn’t show up on their online menu. That is why they are getting 4 stars and not 5.

Pizza lover from Texas
In Dallas its majority franchise restaurants like dominos,Pizza Hut, etc.So coming from there I had no idea what a family recipe style pizza was really about. I happened to move to Martins Ferry in a neighborhood walking distance from 1 of the locations and I remember walking by 1 day and I could smell the pizza in the oven and I could smell fresh dough in the oven, I honestly thought I was walking through Italy for a moment. Finally the day came and I gave in for 1 slice OMG!!! Let’s just say I was ordering 2 pizzas a week for about a month and after my budget starting looking shorter I had to cut back to 3-4 a month( im at 3 this week because I don’t feel like cooking). The pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in my life!

The new app is OK. I can't pay with my credit card though, even after setting up an account. Not enough space for special instructions.

Problem with paying today
Have used it several times. Have an account with a credit card listed. Today, it will only let me pay cash. No point in having an account if I can't use the card

I've used a lot of apps like this before, but this one is the best. Add items, toppings, add notes, whatever you can think of - and coupons in the app. Perfect! Thank you!

Able to view menu can custom what we want. Order is fast love the web coupons. Great service
