Cannot use the app.
Previously this has been a fantastic app, but recently no company loads, and tried to send a ticket and aid it couldn’t do that either! Very disappointed. Now, I suspect it’s probably my phone, but don’t know what else to do! Works perfectly on my computer.
App not working
I can remember the good old days when the app worked. I’ve tried both app and website on both iPad and iPhone both of which ate fully updated as are all my apps …………

Login problems
App often drops my password and won’t recognise it, doesn’t send mail to reset and then the “contact us” fails to send. Very annoying!

App doesn’t recognise my password but website does. App is useless.
App on Apple Device inaccessible offers
When reading to view offers on an iMac or iPhone, the offers page loads but when clicked on an item, a blank pop-up page appears with nil content, totally defeats the purpose of the app.
Consistently doesn’t recognise password
Unlike Blue Light Card, this app consistently doesn’t recognise password, despite trying to reset time and time again over long period. This also happens with my husband’s DDS app account.

Annoying, Repetitive Logging In
Very frustrating that almost every time I have to use the app I am required to enter my password and email. For whatever reason my phone won’t remember it unlike all of the other apps.
Not functional
Sorry, and I hope I’m the only one experiencing problems, but every time I try to access an offer it says the app can’t load the offer and points you to the company website. Which it can’t access. Trying to report a problem with the app is misleading, too. You have to search for a way to contact someone, and my life is way to important.

The access to your favourites list has stopped working it just logs you out.

Your latest update has removed the map search and shows locations with no offers!

I have applied my application in last week but it is not approved yet.why it is taking so long time to approved?
Not working
It was really good but now it’s saying my password is incorrect. I’ve tried countless times to reset it but it isn’t sending emails to me ….
Links do not work
Links do not work. Subscription doesn’t run out until 2028. And I have updated the app. No links open. When you hit a link, it says “experiencing high amount of traffic “then offers another link to press to take you to the website, and when you press that, another the message comes up stating “failed to open “ tried this on various random links on the app, same outcome.

Idea is good but not the app
Great idea and I applaud the sentiment but the app is clunky and buggy. Once logged in if you click the Favourites icon it just logs you out every time and I cannot find a way to add a company to Favourites.
Poor! Upgrade Doesn’t Work With My iPhone!
Checked before upgrading, said it worked with my phone but it clearly doesn’t! Poor by the developer! Just got an app I can no longer use! Not that it worked very well anyway! Don’t bother downloading as if it works it won’t work properly!
No longer works
Upgrade said compatible with my phone, upgraded but now it locks up when I log in. Raised a ticket and told it no longer works on iOS 15. Now a useless app
Poor app
App keeps crashing and logging me out whenever I click on any deal. Tried deleting & reinstalling but same thing happens. Unstable & very irritating.
