What’s New This release introduces two major capabilities: • Passkey authentication: Sign in securely using a passkey protected by your device. You can also manage multiple passkeys and recover access through the supported account recovery flow. • Request case closure: Customers can now request closure of In Progress cases directly from the app. Submitted cases move to the Close Requested status for review and further action. This release also includes: • Improved dashboard insights and MITRE ATT&CK visualizations. • Better case searching, filtering, sorting, and navigation. • More export options, including CSV, TSV, and XLSX. • Clearer case details, history, and notification attribution. • Improved deep links, contract selection, security, performance, and reliability.
