Don't worry, your funds are completely safe — in order to activate your TRX address please deposit a small amount of Tron to it. It's a Tron network feature, and you'll need those coins to pay fees for future transfers. No exchange
I really liked this wallet until I started trying to exchange currencies among myself. I submitted an application to exchange USDT for BTC 5 times in between. Even though it was written “commission 0.00,” it still removed part of the TRX each time. But the most annoying thing is that the exchange did not happen after 8 hours. I wrote to support twice, but never received an answer!
