The Defigo app is designed to simplify your property access and visitor management. By working seamlessly with the Defigo Intercom and Smart Readers, it transforms your smartphone into both a door key and a visitor communication device. Key Features & Enhancements: · Convenient Property Access: Accessing your property is effortless with the Defigo app. Forget about carrying physical keys, simply tap the button on your smartphone to unlock your door. · Easy Visitor Management: The Defigo app simplifies how you manage visitors. When someone rings your doorbell, your phone screen will display where the call is coming from, and provide you with the option to answer or decline the call. Upon answering, you’ll see the visitor in a live video feed, allowing you to speak with them and decide whether to grant them access. This feature works remotely, so you can handle visitor requests from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection. · Personalization Features: The Defigo app allows you to personalize your doorbell button on the Defigo Intercom system. Depending on your administrative permissions, you can choose to update the entire unit’s button or just your personal doorbell button. Add your name, a photo, or a logo. You can also hide your doorbell button when you’re unavailable or on vacation, so you won’t receive any calls from visitors. · Key Fob Management: The app makes managing your keyfobs and access cards a breeze. You can register new keyfobs or access cards in the app. The "Access Cards" screen lets you quickly add, deactivate, or delete keyfobs or cards, as well as set up and manage PIN codes.
