Can’t finish setup
Forced to download digital membership card to Wallet but it doesn’t work so the setup cannot finish. Poor design and user experience as this should be optional / skippable. No way for me to use the app…

This new version doesn’t work!!! Can’t see and book future classes. What use is it without a class listing so just don’t go to any.

Fresh Update for a Local Brand
Defined has needed an app update for years! The interface is clean and the class finder is super helpful.
What the heck
We were assigned random email addresses by Defined. No wonder many of us didn't receive the email invitation to download the app. Took 15 minutes to get into the app to access the barcode with the assistance of a club associate. I was finally advised to use an obvious and generic password to access the app. I wonder how many club members have that same password? These apps contain sensitive information like phone numbers and birth dates. When I changed my password later, I again lost the ability to sign in. Also concerned for instructors' privacy, as their surnames are now included in this app. Who developed this software??? Absolute cluster cluck.

I miss the bar code
I want the barcode in my wallet. Please update this for easy sign in
This app is dumb
Can not add your code to your wallet to make signing in faster, you have to open the app, and generate a new barcode every time. Wasted time downloading the stupid app and resetting my password in the lobby when I’m trying to workout
Old one was better
In order to sign in the gym, you have to click on a QR code that takes forever to load. The old app had one you could save to Apple Card’s but this does not. Talk about a waste of time!
Worst experience ever
Dosent send an email about needing a new app to go into the gym and I spent 45 minutes trying to download and use the new app, and it’s not even good!!!
Apple wallet
No longer able to use Apple wallet to hold my pass. Have to go into the app every time to bring up the QR code. The app claimed to be Apple wallet compatible the images even show add to Apple wallet but the app itself doesn’t.
Required app
Seems to be designed to track you and sell your information. Must use it to access the club or pay $10 for a barcode. They are trying to get more money out of us.

Did Defined even test this app? Terrible design.
I have been a member for 15 years and the old app worked well. I just now tried to book a class with the new app and couldn‘t even select the club I wanted. This new process is going to be miserable.

Pressured to download this app at the front desk or else I can’t get into the club. Horrible app, horrible customer service. Get better management please!
Old app was better
No more monthly goals. No more monthly competitions. No longer tracks the monthly workouts. Works to check in, but a huge disappointment after all the hype.
