Not bad, but could use a couple enhancements...
I just downloaded this app, so I haven’t used it much. We use Definitive at my company and overall I think it’s a good service. They provide a lot of information and seem to be more complete and accurate than other sites that offer a similar service.
As far as the app goes; it appears to provide the pertinent summary information you need if you want a quick glance at some details about the organization that you’re looking up. I don’t expect it to be as complete as the full website; it’s an app and its purpose is to provide high level details, which it seems to do, so I gave it 3 stars for the fact that it does what it’s supposed to. If someone wants more functionality and to interact with the data, then the website is where you should go.
That said, there are two improvements that could make it a better user experience:
1) Use of fingerprint or Face ID to log in. This would make it easier to log in (obviously).
2) You have an option to view the full profile of the organization you looked up. This launches your browser and brings you to their full website, which is a nice feature. The drawback is, it doesn’t pass your login information so you have to re-enter it. Not the end of the world, but from a user experience perspective it would be better if it did.
All-in-all not bad, and useful if you want a quick look up while you’re on the road visiting customers.
