Degas: Espresso Dial-In

Beans change. Degas keeps up. Every bag of coffee drifts as it degasses - the dial-in that pulled a perfect shot on day 7 runs fast and sour by day 21. Degas is a hyper-focused shot logger that learns your bean's drift and suggests the smallest sensible adjustment to make next. LOG A SHOT IN SECONDS • Grind, dose and target yield pre-filled from your last shot • Big built-in shot timer that survives screen lock • Confirm actual yield, rate with one tap, add taste tags (sour, bitter, balanced…) KNOW WHAT TO CHANGE NEXT • Mark your best shot as your reference recipe • Degas compares every shot against it and suggests one small change - "Try 0.2 finer" - with the evidence and a confidence level • No black box: every suggestion cites your own shots SEE THE DRIFT • Every shot plotted against days post-roast • Rating-coloured points, a reference band, tap any dot for full details • Bag-age guidance that learns your bean's sweet spot from your own ratings BUILT FOR THE RITUAL • Rebuying a favourite? "New bag of this bean" carries your dial-in over • Works with stepless and click grinders (0.1 / 0.5 / 1 adjustment steps) • Optional water temperature and pre-infusion fields - hidden by default • 100% offline. No account, no sign-up, no analytics. Your data stays on your phone. FREE AND PRO Free: 2 open bean bags, unlimited shots, full recommendations.
