What’s new in version 10? • Pallet Account – Track your reusable packaging, see its current status in the app, and get notified when it’s nearing expiration. • Third-party collection – Can’t collect your order yourself? Authorise a colleague or driver, even if they don’t have the app. They can verify their identity by a QR code or a PIN sent by SMS. You keep control of the collection. • Further improvements – We’ve made the app faster and easier to use. With your feedback, we keep improving. Thank you!
