It has so much potential!
I like the trip functionality and the schedule option and notice the wallet option. It’d be nice if it could merge the two other Dart Apps, especially since the dart transit app looks so outdated.
But i wish the trip interface was more convenient? Like on the dart transit app you can save your favorite and automatically press on it the moment you open the app to see the best bus route. The button also seems.. small? An option to increase the size would be awesome! Also i wish i could set a default travel option, I dont want to press the bus option everytime i need to travel somewhere.
Love the arrive by and depart time functionality the dart app transit lacks.

Currently the goal of the Delaware Commute Solutions app is to help people discover commuting options, like transit, biking, carpooling, or vanpooling. Whereas the goal of the other DART apps is to help you actually take your transit trip. This is why some of the features are different. Having said that, your suggestions are terrific we will share them with the rest of the DART team for consideration. Thanks very much for your review.
When it operates, it’s great.
I have to uninstall and reinstall the app each time I want to use it because it says it can’t connect to the internet- regardless of connection to cellular data or wifi.
Update 6/7/22: A developer responded that this has been addressed but I deleted, redownloaded, and still have the problem. The commuting programs are great and I access them by browser. But the app’s continued failure made me downgrade it another star.

Terrible liars
The app says “walk or bike to work” and I was doing that. Then dart told me they are going to tow my car if I don’t take the bus. I called rideshare de and they said that dart can do whatever they want.
Just a way that dart can scam the taxpayers out of “green” subsidies while ripping off working people.
