App is better. Need more local news
Much more professional app in the last year. Nicely streamlined. But we need more local news coverage. Find a way to hire more journalists.
Proof read
Does anyone proof read your stories. I couldn’t figure out why Linwood Fire Department was dispatched into Ridley. Then I read the suspect was from Linwood and put two and two together. Ok, I get it, mistakes are made, but seriously just checked your on line story and 24 hours later it’s still wrong! You can and use to do so much better.

Worst app ever... it might be the worst app in the App Store! It is definitely the worst news app. I’m happy to see they never updated the app. Still the worst app in the App Store jajaja

Entered the correct ID and password multiple times. Doesn't work. Sorry I wasted my time and money.

This is a fairly useless app. Delete it and log in with your browser.
NO SUPPORT !
The Digital Copy button has disappeared ! Why do you keep changing the menu ? And Tech Support is a joke ! You are suppose to email them, but they never email back !!! How about talking to a real live person ??? I do pay my subscription every 26 weeks. Why can’t I ask a question and get a fix when I have a problem ?

Old stale news
I dislike this app with a passion! The old app worked great and then you got this app. I agree with a lot of other people, if it’s not broke don’t fix it!
Worst App of the year!
Supposed to be a free app. Now Dig Deeper is trying to gouge the readers. Forget this newspaper.
Not happy
Recently the paper is not showing like it did previously. When going into sections, you can not see the whole paper any more. What’s going on?
Bill payment
The bill payment option is very poor. Does not open and is hard to find. The app needs to have a section for Bill payment
Worst app ever
All this app is about is pushing advertisements on to the folks who have paid for news. I am sick of it and will probably cancel my Delaware County Daily Times subscription. Very little Delco news anyway

The app doesn’t even load anymore. Just fold your tent and declare bankruptcy.
One of the worst news apps ever
Frustrating to use. Navigation is slow. Hard to find sections/stories that appear in the print edition. Tiny type impedes readability.

Where is that in the app? I keep getting kicked off while reading, then have to go in through email.

The app does not update anymore. It still shows the news from four days ago.
