No subscription access and no way to contact through App Store link.
I paid for a subscription though the Apple option but the download function did not work. Reached out to Apple who sent me to the link for contacting the developer. That link is not functional. Tried to request a refund from Apple online, but that option is not available. I was looking forward to this subscription, but now just want a refund.
