Mislabels Wines
This app constantly pulls up the wrong wines when the label is clearly visible.

Used to be a great app for tracking wines. Unfortunately, the developers stopped updating the app several years ago. It has now deteriorated to a point where the apps core function of logging wine labels no longer works. Without this functionality the app is useless.

I’ve been using this app for years and it’s been great but now my following feed hasn’t updated in weeks and I can no longer tag people that I’ve shared a bottle with. It’s a shame because I had over 2300 wines and now I’m going to have to start over in some other app

Question for the developer
Why do wine varieties not show up on my taste insights unless i have 4 or more? That means i can never find them again unless i happen to recall when i drank them and scroll down the full list in chronological.
No one responds
I used to love this app. In fact, I have almost 300 reviews with it. Now, I can’t upload a pic. I’ve reached out several times and no on ever responds. It’s a shame bc I’ve been a Delectable user 10 years.
Can’t log in or change details!
I started using this app over a decade ago. I initially logged in using Facebook, which is no longer supported. So now I can’t log in on a new device to my original account (with over 800 wines) and there is no support. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Log in issue
Not sure what’s going on but log in seems to be so difficult. Repeatedly stating that email is already in use. Whenever I try to retrieve or reset my password no email is sent.

For me, I take the time to take a photo while enjoying a particular wine, or when it’s finished for future reference. I’ve tried three times now, to try this apparent feature of the application, and it just doesn’t work. Very frustrating when the hopes were very high to have something like this and refer to a list

How to Delete Account
This app has been around for several years now. Lots of comments on how there is no way to delete your account. I want to delete my account - how do I do that!
Too many notifications
I don’t need three or four notifications every day
Cannot log in
Cannot log in. Tired “Forgot” password many times over but it never emails me the reset. Cannot use the app. Will have to delete. Waste of time.
Keeps you trapped
I have no idea how to delete my account. Nothing on website. In app. In help
