Delehuset

Do you co-own a summerhouse or allotment house (kolonihave) with other families? Delehuset makes it easy to manage everything you currently try to handle in a shared spreadsheet that's always out of date, confusing, or simply missing. Book stays without collisions See a shared calendar for the whole year, reserve your weeks, and avoid double-bookings. Danish public holidays are marked so you can plan around them easily. Split expenses fairly Log expenses for maintenance, insurance, property tax, utilities, and more. Choose whether costs are split equally or by ownership share — Delehuset automatically calculates who owes whom and suggests the simplest way to settle up. House logbook Jot down notes about anything from "the key is with the neighbor" to meter readings and repairs, so every co-owner stays in the loop without a single phone call. Set up in seconds Create your house and add co-owners with their ownership share. No complicated setup. Why Delehuset? Because a shared summerhouse deserves better than a spreadsheet only one person understands. Delehuset is purpose-built for families who co-own a holiday home, with a calm, Scandinavian design that feels like an extension of the house itself. Delehuset works fully offline and locally on your phone. The free tier gives you one house, two co-owners, and ten expenses — plenty to try it out.
