App doesn’t work relieves only otp on phone but screen doesn’t show where to fill otp and submit

Useless app, can’t even register myself, OTP for registration is never delivered and if starts afresh it says user already registered. And if go to existing user module it says this mobile no is not registered. In short as usual Public Money is being wasted by advertising in National Daily Newspapers while the app is not working. USELESS !!!
