App rewards don’t work
Love D’Elias and was super excited that there is an app to order ahead, especially since it’s about a 30 min drive for me. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t work with the rewards. I followed the instructions on how to use them but rewards are still not applied. If it weren’t for this issue, I’d likely give the app 5 stars

App doesn’t work
Love the sandwiches. But in the app it doesn’t allow you to apply a discount or coupon. What’s the point of receiving a discount or coupon if you can’t use it when checking out!

App has potential but unable to even place order, get General Error message.
App order not being received by restaurant
Placed an order on app. When we arrived to pick up sandwiches they had no idea we had ordered them. They eventually found the order under our phone number (the order number the app provided was worthless) but only then began to prepare the food. It appeared that someone at the restaurant has to actively open up the order and they only know to do that after you come in person to pick up. You might as well just come in and order in person. I think the app has the potential to be great but there are still some kinks to work out.
