This game lets me complete the levels then I log off to come back later to have to repeat the same level without any started boosters and I have paid hundreds for in game purchases I am being scammed into trying to pay for more items

Issues and no communication received

I am on level 1689 and can keep playing levels but when I try and do the tasks it states that I have finished the game. I have done an online chat and no response received. I have contacted Gamehouse through the app and still no response. I pay a yearly subscription to Gamehouse and would have thought they would have the courtesy to respond.
