It says 16+ and when I sign in it says I have to be 18 and older to have
Matchmaker chat/subscriptions
This seems like a very great app for intentional people. However, the subscription options and “perks” are not clear. As well as the “Matchmaker” doesn’t lot work or load. I think these fixes would make an excellent app smooth
Not good
I paid for a premium subscription. It would not let me upload and verify my ID to get the check. I emailed customer support following up 3 days in a row with no response. I matched with someone, wrote her a message (at 6:45am) went to close the app to start and get ready for me day, and it said if I closed the conversation I wouldn’t match with her anymore. Don’t reccomend this app. Christina, if you’re out there, come find me 💐

Garbage
This app is garbage and it hasn't had any new people added in my area in over a year. And I live in a major city. And the people that I do match with always catfish.
Broken & buggy app
You can’t talk to anyone on this and matching someone is buggy and you see a lot of different things on screen. Do not use!!
Chat isn’t working
Your texting doesn’t work after a match. You keep typing but I’m not sure it delivers to your match
Can’t use the app
I can’t respond to matches. I can’t verify my profile. The app does not work at all!
Just why
Why on earth do you have to pay to get verified, makes absolutely no sense. 1 star DO NOT RECOMMEND

I keep matching with people yet unable to send them a response. And then just end up wasting 24 hours trying to match someone. Your app is making it so I may potentially be missing out on my soul mate.

Do not use
This app is nothing but scam. You talk to girls then they turn around and blackmail you. Telling you to fork over thousands of dollars so the can remove everything they are using to blackmail you. This app has become trash
Beware!!!
Be careful!!! So many catfish are on here. I tried to report them, but they end up coming back. I even contacted the real people that had their pictures stolen, but there is no one to contact to take the profiles down. The “report” button doesn’t even work.
It would be a good app if you could subscribe
The good: The one-match part is good. The matchmaker AI is probably the best part. It asks all the right questions and summarizes everything nicely.
The bad: possibly the buggiest dating app on the market. I have tried to subscribe several times but it doesn’t work. Customer Support has been silent for over a week now. Please help.

Unable to Subscribe
I am really interested in the concept of this add but I am not able to subscribe to a plan, the buttons are grayed out. I reached out for help twice but never heard back. Disappointing:(

Yes is a good app
First two matches were scams
I signed up for this application and within two days I had matched with one person. They took the conversation to text by phone, then attempted to extort money from me. A couple of days later I was contacted and matched to another young lady and she is trying to extort money from me also. Saying they will contact friends and family and my work spreading lies about me at my sexual preferences. I have asked for a refund and to have my account discontinued.

Money grab
I paid for one of the plans and I still can do very little on the app. Now that I paid for that plan, it wants me to pay other plans so I can use more of the app. Ridiculous.
