I live in an area surrounded by restaurants that deliver to me yet they are all unavailable to deliver to my area through this app? Guess I’m sticking with Skip and Dash.
No delivery to me
Each restaurant says it is unable to deliver to my current address.

App won’t load when I install it. It just sits on the main loading screen.
Stick to Skip, Uber, DoorDash
I’ve tried 3 times to order, and app consistently freezes. One time it actually goes thru, and gets stuck at Pending.
Would’ve been a good app because of the Interac option. But if you’re hungry and want a smooth process, stick to SkipTheDishes, DoorDash or Uber Eats.

Don’t even want to give one star! Please release only when you are really ready. Or please stay focused on your pizzas if you are not that talented. Following someone else but can not do better is not smart.

Easy to use, worked fine.
Worse Than Other Delivery Apps
App is slower and less easy to navigate than Skip or Uber... No option to talk to customer service on chat is major. When something goes wrong you have to call the restaurant which is against the whole point of wanting to use an app!
Double charged my order
We ordered from what we thought was the closest place, and they wouldn’t do delivery, so we decided to pick up. When we arrived at the place, they said they didn’t receive any payment, so we had to pay again. 4 days later, my card was charged. When I disputed it, they just gave me credit instead of a refund. Other delivery apps do a much better job at servicing my area.

Don’t waste your time
If you want a half fast app that charges more then skip and Uber for the same restaurant. And won’t get your food forever.
The owner of the place I ordered from delivered it himself cause no driver came to pick up my order after 45mins when it said 25min estimated

Broken app
Takes forever to figure out what restaurants deliver to your address, then crashes when trying to put in a promo code
Useless company.
Never ever use this service,Dumbest company. Food doesn’t get delivered and customer service just sucks can’t even revert back the payment back to your credit card and you have pay the tax and delivery fee even if u have the credits.

Ordered around 5:30pm, sandwich wasn’t delivered.
Spoke to customer service, said a new sandwich would be delivered
It’s now 9:40pm, and my sandwich hasn’t arrived
It’s way past the estimated delivery and I’m STILL on hold trying to fix their second mistake

Meanwhile you advertise multiple locations on the app!

One of the best food ordering experiences I’ve had
Hardly anything ever takes longer that 40 minutes .... polished app and delicious eats
Bad Checkout Experience
No Apple Pay. No Safari credit card integration. Non-mobile-optimized Interac checkout. Interac checkout also sent me to PizzaHotline’s home page after checkout with no confirmation my transaction went through until an email a few minutes later.
Needs major polishing before it’ll be ready for prime time.
