Yelling at your customers because you are in a bad mood is unacceptable!
No way to be compensated for missing food
There does not appear to be a way to get a refund (or even credit) when the driver doesn’t bring the food you ordered (as was the case the first and only time i used the app)

Service is very poor. When I complained about an order the service never reacted. Later I found out that the forward their order to Grubhub. Be aware of that. Besides: app design is very crappy!

This has been an outstanding service for my small town. Neither DoorDash nor GrubHub deliver here, so DeliverClub has been a nice addition. The only negative is the high delivery fees, which keeps the college students from using the service. Otherwise, fast and reliable.
Local Restaurants Love DeliverClub!
I’ve been using delivery apps for years and all the big players (Grubhub, Doordash, Ubereats) always screw up my orders. I recently started using DeliverClub since I have been working from home during the pandemic and they have been amazing! Great local restaurant options, easy to order food online. Their new app is sleek and smooth, it makes ordering easy. Drivers have been super professional, polite. Whenever I have an issue, it’s resolved quickly and easily. Whenever I have an issue with the others, I waste so much time just trying to talk to someone. Don’t waste your time ordering from anywhere else, they support local restaurants and do an amazing job! Thank you DeliverClub, keep up the great work.

Great alternative to GrubHub and DoorDash
I’ve had it with GrubHub and DoorDash. Almost every order I placed with them in the last month and a half was either late, or missing items or cold and soggy! A friend of mine recommended DeliverClub. I’ve ordered from them 3 times so far and they were spot on every time. Food got to me on time, in great condition! Drivers were polite and looked well put together and did not smell! ...yes, unfortunately that was not the case with the other services. They have a great selection of local restaurants which is important to me, cause I much rather give my money to the local shop I love and support them during these times. The app is also great.. nice and sleek. Items are easy to find and add to the cart and it’s pretty fast overall. I’m loving everything about DeliverClub!

Solid app and great service
I saw a commercial for this service on TV and wanted to see how it compared to the competition. I have now used this app over 10 times and the service has been flawless, it’s also very easy to use.
I have tried other services like Uber eats but the communication and service from Deliverclub is over and above.
I also love the monthly club because it saves me about three bucks per order.

This app is horrible.
Not sure why this app takes forever to load. Takes me over 15 mins just to place an order. Update this app. Obviously the developers have not done a good job updating the app. Would use the app more frequently but the amount of time it takes to load menus, add items to the cart and checkout is horrible. Always call the restaurants first to see if they deliver to my address. Using this app is my last resort rather then my first.

Scam!
I canceled my membership at the beginning of October and I am continuing to get charged for a membership even though my membership status says “inactive”. I have attempted to call for customer service and to be refunded but have been given the runaround.
