Not user friendly
Defeats the purpose of tracking when I have to manually enter every.single.shipment. There needs to be a way to integrate the app with my email to automatically add shipments.

This is an excellent and amazing app that will track all your deliveries. I like this one and is the top app for all your deliveries.
Developer Removed Utility Behind Paywall
Bought what was advertised as a lifetime license, only to have the developer remove material utility from the app (e.g. tracking updating in the app, showing days until delivery, and updates). You must now click on each shipment once the tracking number is stored, and go to the external website to see tracking. You can accomplish the same just storing tracking numbers in the Notes App. No options for refund. Hope the FTC or Apple addresses these problems.

Even if we are required to log in within the app, be able to forward eBay status updates would be incredibly useful
Removed already purchased features
No longer works. The app knows I previously purchased features, but the app now requires a subscription.
Changed to a subscription based model
I’ve had this app for a very very long time. My family has also been using it for a very long time. Before, it was totally and completely free, and it was incredible for that, the UI quality, and how the app tracked different services. The app is genuinely great, I just wish people who had the legacy app or have been using it since years ago could continue using it for free. Sadly this is not the case, and while I can understand why, it is unfortunately disappointing. I’m sure those willing to pay will get their money’s worth, but for me I will be leaving this app in the past and just using the tracking sites separately again.

Turned into subscription garbage
App was great like 5 years ago. Now it requires a subscription and is just junk. Avoid.

It's a good app, but I wish it would track UPS and FedEx.

This is a subscription only app.
Used to be good
I used tp love the app when it supported UPS and FedEx since they are responsible for more than 75% of the packages I receive.
But since they are no longer supported I find that I rarely use the app, so I’ll cancel my subscription if you don’t find a solution before my current term ends.

Was a great app, didn’t care they went to subscription. But now it doesn’t work with 90% of companies. Probably not their fault, but not worth paying for it anymore.

What a shame
I’ve been a looooong time supporter of this app. Years. Have always loved it and it’s always been front page on every phone I’ve ever bought.
Unfortunately, its usability has seriously decreased. It’s basically become an organizer for tracking links. Nothing actually displays natively on the app anymore.
USPS now requires a subscription from what I see, which is insane considering I bought this app back in the day. Now you’re asking me to add another subscription to my life for a worse product? Gtf outta here.

Paid previously for full app
Sad to see this app become subscription based, without giving full credit to people who have previously purchased it. We should all be offered refunds or lifetime access to the full app, deleting now

Lifetime doesn’t mean lifetime…
Used to recommend this app to everyone. Now it went subscription based. If it was $1 for a year I would probably give in, but $5 feels like a spit in the face. I think that’s with a loyalty type of discount too. My iPhone offloaded the app so I redownloaded it, I wonder if it would’ve worked as expected if it hadn’t updated. Really bummed by this change.

How the mighty have fallen — you cannot use a SINGLE function without paying.
I LOVED this app so much before they made the subscription change. It did everything, was super lightweight, and most of all fast and could run across all your devices.
I get that devs have to make money so I don’t begrudge them adding subscription services even though I don’t love it. But to paywall EVERY SINGLE FUNCTION in this app is ridiculous. You can’t even add a single delivery without paying.
So at this point, this should NOT be considered a “free app with in-app purchases” this should straight up be called a paid app in the App Store. I tried to report this to Apple as scam/fraud but they wouldn’t let me.

Absolute scammers who steal money and change the terms
I bought this app YEARS ago. Recently, they decided to screw over people who supported them and became greedy, now wanting to charge a subscription for BASIC things like simply tracking USPS shipments. Developers like this are the scum of the earth and don’t deserve your support. I can’t even believe it’s legal to sell something and later renege. Completely outrageous.
