App became trash

I bought and had been using this app for over 10 years , now they changed the app to a subscription model, the app I paid for is useless now. They put basic functionality behind a pay wall. I would rather just pay a new app then pay these people twice. Don’t be fooled by the star rating , I’m sure they earned this thru rating before the rug pull.

Misleading Screenshot

Bought this app, since then...

UPS - Nope
FedEx - Nope
The Rest: Subscription now Required

Less and less features over the years plus a new subscription fee. Stay Away.

Used to be great, got greedy

Paid for this app and used it for years until they switched to a subscription based service.

Love it. Would pay more for UPS and FedEx

Hey folks, I also bought this app a decade ago before it went subscription but dang if it’s still really good — especially with Amazon tracking.

Anyway, devs: I’d pay more for a subscription if you could support UPS and FedEx delivery times inside the app. I know it’s expensive but I hope you can make it work.

No longer works without subscription

I had previously owned the old version and paid for it but now they updated and nothing works and now it says upgrade to a subscription for anything to work. I don’t recommend.

Who pays for this?

This app used to be free and now you can’t even add a single tracking number without paying for it. Imagine paying a subciptjon for tracking information when it costs nothing to look it up. Adios 👋

Another app lost to subscription

Every app has a subscription now. This app used to be great. Now it wants a subscription, just like everything else. Skip this.

Paid once now needs subscription

I have been using this app for a long time and paid for the full upgrade. Now I can't track without a monthly subscription. No new features were added to warrant paying for a subscription, I don't even use their cloud service for syncing.

This app is absolute trash!

Bought it back in the day “bought” well before subscription became a thing for apps. Well behold the subscription model no feature that previously worked works anymore without a subscription and they say it can be used if I paid for it before the new implementation but it doesn’t work. Trash developers stealing money from users.

Do not use

This used to be the best delivery tracker. Since I purchased the app before subscriptions were implemented, they grandfathered me into full access. Within the past couple years, one by one, certain carriers stopped working and now they put USPS behind a paywall. I’ve attempted to contact them twice with no response. So I’m deleting the app and switching to ParcelsApp.com app. All theirs works INCLUDING FedEx and UPS. And their yearly sub is cheaper than this app. Bye Deliveries, you lied to us.

Bought prior to subscription

And now the app is useless cause it won’t let me add new deliveries. Tried contacting Junecloud but they wouldn’t respond either. Subscriptions are a plague. Shame on the company.

This used to be the best tracking app around, but now?

This app is garbage. I just bought another year subscription for $5.00 to see if they restored it to its previous glory, but no. Still says I need a subscription to track USPS deliveries, doesn’t even have the option to select a few other delivery services (which admittedly aren’t the best, but online vendors use them). But to have to copy and paste a website url for them? This app is embarrassingly bad compared to what it used to be. Parcel app is pretty bad too, but at least it tracks the USPS without saying you need a subscription every time. I just paid you $5.00 to do something that should be automated. Watching apps lawn dart themselves into the ground like this is frustrating to watch and to use. You were useful! Why’d you stop?! Enjoy my $5.00 while I enjoy hating you for another year.

way to turn your back on your day one supporters. Nice!

i purchased this app years ago, before every single app required a subscription to pay off for the rest of your life. i was a very, very early supporter & it was amazing. then at some point they changed to a subscription based model & initially promised day one supporters would be grandfathered in, so we wouldn’t have to worry about the old features we paid for, but new features would be subscribers only, which in itself is kinda messed up, but okay. fast forward to today when a simple package from the USPS/Post Office can’t even be tracked. it literally says “Subscribe to update this shipment” instead of just straight up showing the date of arrival. it will however let you click a link to go to an outside website like the usps.com to go check yourself instead of just showing the date in app. can’t wait until Apple’s shipment tracking feature gets good enough that i can delete this app, because it has become yet another bs subscription based disappointment. if i could refund my support from all those years ago i would.

i can’t in good faith recommend this application, unless you enjoy paying a yearly subscription for the rest of your life, just to check a date for your shipments. if idiots would stop subscribing to every little thing, maybe we can bring back how things used to be where you buy them & own them for life, instead of paying yearly for things like a calculator application for goodness sakes. maybe some day!

No FedEx or UPS

Apple should really remove this app from their editors choice list. Not being able to support FedEx or UPS is an absolute deal breaker especially when other apps (Parcel) currently support more delivery providers. There wasn’t even a trial period for me to realize the mistake I made paying for the subscription. Hopefully I can save someone $5

Original Buyer. DONT SUPPORT DEV

i purchased this app back in 2020 before the app became a subscription model. i paid real money for it. then a few years later the dev changed the app to subscription but grandfathered my original purchase. now the grandfather purchase has been taken away from me and i am required to subscribe. do not support this developer. absolute joke

FIX FedEx and UPS!

I have reached out to the developer 3 times but have not heard back. There are other apps on the App Store (Parcel is one of them) that integrate with both FedEx and UPS, so the excuse that those services are responsible for the broken functionality is untrue. The interface for this app is SO much better than Parcel, so I would prefer to stay with it, but PLEASE FIX the FedEx and UPS integration!!!!

Used to be great

Now buggy, and support doesn’t reply. Sometimes refuses to add new entries. Sometimes refuses to delete old entries. I mostly just want a place to index my expected packages, and can’t even trust that. Paid to get it working better, but no joy.

Most carriers not supported

Purolator broke a few months ago and I guess they abandoned the app.

Early buyers kicked to the curb in and baited into subscriptions.

I bought this app over 10 years ago and it was the best app on the store for deliveries. But, overtime it seems like support for more and more U.S. carriers started getting dropped. Subscriptions also became a new “feature” and all of a sudden, the product I bought became an inferior product. Wouldn’t you know, they never fixed those carriers after requiring subscriptions.

When subscriptions dropped they said that previous purchasers could use iCloud for free but would need to subscribe for JuneCloud sync and all other “new” features. I stopped using the JuneCloud sync service and instead used iCloud. After some time, I started seeing a limitation in the number of deliveries I could have in the app (for whatever reason; it’s not like my phone is running out of space. Also I’m using iCloud and not their server). Then I started having issues with the map and the tracking not working; although I could easily click a button to check via the website.

Now when I add a delivery, it says “subscription required”. It’s unfortunate when products you bought—or their functionality—get taken away from you. I have never seen any “new” features added, but ai have seen more and more unfixed issues and less carrier support (USA.) I wounded what subscribers think they are getting because it’s not a good deal.

This was one of the best delivery apps on the iOS App Store and now it’s one of the worst. I don’t know what this Developer thinks the incentive is for renting a subscription. They apparently don’t care about fixing bugs, adding functionality, their customers, or honoring the purchases that were made. What a shame!

Previous purchase not honored

I previously purchased the app and now they want a subscription to use any of it. Waste of money.
