App is fine but service is slow and expensive
Will never use the service again. Had I known it would take almost an hour and a half to get dinner for 4 delivered from a restaurant just 15 minutes drive away and then ALSO pay $14 for service and delivery plus a $10 tip bringing charges to $24 beyond the food cost itself… I would never have placed the order.
NOTE: You didn’t get to know this timeframe or the fees/tip until the order was placed
And paid for. Never again will I use this service. Lesson learned.
