Not the best user experience. Lots of bugs and flaws. Credit card payment didn’t work with two different providers.

Grateful to have delivery service here. However the app user experience is underwhelming. Currently you have to log in every time you use it plus it suddenly changed from login with whatsapp number to email and password. Also it asks you to use location twice every time you open the app. You need to be very patient to use this app.

Very buggy app
I enjoy the delivery service but the app is very bad. Logs you out very often, app crashes often, using it the interface is slow, it recently didn’t work completely for a few days. Before login was with phone number now suddenly it’s email. As soon as grab comes this app will be dead unless they put some effort into improving it

Great, when it works
It’s great to have a food delivery service here. But this app almost never works. Every single order takes 20-30 minutes to actually make, because the search function, OTP, Cart are bugged 24/7. Most days, it won’t even start or just shut down in the middle of the ordering process.
Once an order is actually made, it’s great: quick, nice drivers and delicious food from most of KPGs best restaurants.

Overpriced surcharges and 30% app outages
It is pure luck if the app works properly - or at all and as soon as there is any rain or higher demand, the cost is a joke compared to everywhere else in the country.

Takes Time, but works amazing.
Poor experience
Just ordered through the app using the “near me” feature, but it sent my order to a restaurant on the other side of the island instead of the one just 1km away — resulting in a really long delivery time and a poor experience for the driver who had to come all that way. Disappointing overall.

This app is garbage, but I guess it’s good enough for here. Showing too many places that don’t deliver and then when you find a place, it posts a “60 plus minute warning” on any order taco, pizza, burger, you name it… charging western prices and getting garbage an hour later is not worth it

I understand it being overloaded on rainy days but even on a dry Wednesday evening at the end of March? I’d say, 6 out of 10 times when I wanna order it’s overloaded. Not sure if I’m just super unlucky or if it’s the app. But def inconvenient.

Tech issues
This app has massive tech issues, you can't rely on it... it's been years and they could not fix it still :(
