Thank you for taking the time to write a review! I'm sorry to hear that the vessel tracking didn't work out as expected. Vessel tracking is only supported for vehicles with an assigned VIN that are currently loaded on a vessel from one of our supported carriers. If your vehicle is on an undetected ship, you should call your Tesla delivery center to get the ship's name so you can manually link it in the app. I apologize if this wasn't clear before purchasing Pro. In an upcoming update, this will be further clarified. You can contact Apple if you would like a refund. Please also contact me at jaap@jaapp.dev so we can investigate your tracking issue.

The free version offers more detail than the official app but the premium features like ship tracking widgets and instant notifications provide the concrete data you’re looking for. I'm sorry to hear that, in your case, the app didn't provide any more information than the official Tesla app. My app aims to provide additional information, as well as order change detection, widgets, notifications, shipping tracking and community predictions. All of which the original Tesla app lacks. This app provides more behind-the-scenes details that are often used by the Tesla community to predict the status of their order. The app does show more information than the Tesla app does, and while some of the extra information and features are indeed behind a paywall to support development and server costs, there is extra information visible in the free version.
