One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a food delivery app. My order was cancelled automatically, then reordered using my wallet balance without any permission or confirmation. There’s no option to cancel or withdraw the amount, leaving users with zero control. Highly disappointing.

I paid through card and the hotel just cancelled order due to the time. Deliveryan didn't care to refund it. No proper communication. No standard helpline number. Useless app ! Unprofessional people.

I order my food and the amount was debited but my order was not placed and when I mailed them there was no response.
Please add Sodexo payment option
Hi Developers, the app is much competitive than Zomato or Swiggy and liked the interface. May you please add Sodexo as a payment option ? Possible??

Amount got debited from my account but order was not placed. Tried to contact them but there is no contact details in app. Found their email in internet and sent a mail. But didnt get reply and also didnt get refund.
