Worse dispatchers in brisbane area .when dispatchers dont even respect driver then how can driver aspect from customers. Useless app
After the new update order assigning has been completely gone it’s waste of time to stay online with it always app is lagging and very frustrating better someone fix this app as a normal like before jimmy brings and too many Punjabi stinky people doing this app to lack of orders others they are not checking id from the customer as well

Getting worse
After the update, receiving orders from different platforms but the user interface is not getting better and also not integrated well with the new businesses. Only icon has changed and order range has changed. Will probably go back to Uber eats and Yello.

1. THEY DONT PAY FOR WAIT TIME AT THE PICKUP, I WAITED FOR 43 minutes at woolworths and what they say is sorry!
2. THEY DONT PAY FOR CANCELLED DELIVERIES, (the driver travels for 20 minutes to pickup store, and then the order is cancelled by the store or customer or whoever we don’t get the CANCELLATION FEES PAID, do you think the driver should waste his time for your company?

Assigning jobs to one driver
jb chat dispatchers only send orders to one driver sometimes i got too many orders but sometimes they send all orders to another drivers . The system should send all orders to all online drivers whose working in one area and they should divide the orders to all drivers who working in that area. App issues : Some times only got job cancel alert but not the other notifications . after accepting orders the notification still one dashboard and app got hanged always then need to clear the app from tab and then reopen then it works back. and sometimes sound notifications continous coming after accepting the job. But, the main issue is sending all job to one driver if one driver reject an order if its too far then dispatcher didnot assign another order 2/3 hours. System should be automatic they should divide all the jobs to all drivers whose are online but online chat members always send jobs to those driver who accpeted the first order in app.

Notification issue
I just want to give feedback on JB driver app.
Since last 4-5 days, App does not work properly. Hardly I got 2-3 notifications from 15-30 notification. Notifications do not pop up. Lots pf order come and go after 2 minutes. But can’t realise as the notification does not pop up. I have reinstalled app multiple times. But not worked.

Unfair Job Distribution
App mostly doesn’t make any sound of jobs coming in but when cancelled must sound. Also the dispatcher is unfair he usually gave jobs to his favourite drivers and others just waisted their time while standing at the depots.
Poor app Poor Management will lose the drivers soon.

There is nothing absolutely nothing no matter for how many hours I leave the app running it don’t gives anything at all. 🤡 ridiculous.
App unstable
Every week the app becomes unstable, with no touch screen access. Today, for example, the screen is white after I accept the job.
Useless app fulls of glitches
Utilise some money which you take so much commission out of Driver make a application which works most of the time it greed white or green screen. What is going on? Period. It is not good. There is not confirmation. The order is coming up. There’s no sound.
Needs work
This app needs a lot of improvements if it is to measure up to par with other delivery apps. It’s also not very intuitive which means it takes a little while to figure out how it works.
There is no way of knowing what you are agreeing to pick up or where you’re delivering to. And no way of knowing your earnings until AFTER you’ve completed the job. These are things you as a driver need to know ahead of time before accepting a job.
Secondly, the loud foghorn alert is actually really loud and offensive. Who wants to hear that multiple times a day? Change this ASAP.
Thirdly, the pay isn’t too bad but, it doesn’t take into account the distance travelled to the pickup location. Sometimes the flat $3.50 fee isn’t enough.
Hopefully the devs improve the experience of the app. I can see these issues have also been reported by other users for over a year now.

No Sound in minimising the app
When I go online and go through other apps or listen to music while waiting for orders, it doesn’t make any sound when I receive the order (only notification pops without sound). So if I am online and keep my phone aside using other apps I am missing the orders. Normally, other delivery apps notifies with the same sound even though the app is open or close, can you make the same with this app.

Please change notification sound
Please change the notification sound to something else, the SOS sound for receiving new delivery is very disturbing for people standing near us. I have had to apologise to people when suddenly SOS sounds starts playing. Please look at sounds of other delivery apps. Thank you

Spying app!! Avoid at all costs!!
This app wants full access to my microphone, location data and so on even while I’m not using it. I will not hand over my data just for a few bucks.

Notifications issue
Doesn’t notify for a delivery request as it should be, just buzz once like a message and sometimes we miss it because of such improper notification. That’s a big issue which needs to be fixed ASAP.
