Programmierung katastrophal
Es ist eine Katastrophe das Gerät zu programmieren. Ständig wird das Programm entweder NICHT übernommen, oder bei einer Änderung der Temperatur, das Programm wieder inaktiv! Setzt Leute dran, die was von ihrem Job verstehen! Für eine Firma wie De’Longhi ist das einfach nur plamabel.

Connexion à l’appareil très aléatoire
La connexion à la Clim mobile pac 112 cst et très instable. Même quand j’arrive à me connecter, il faut s’y reprendre à de nombreuses fois avant de passer un ordre de commande sur mon smartphone qui soit transmis à l’appareil.

To remote control my home appliances via the App, a permanent log-out / log-in is necessary. Without this elaborate process, no appliances are listed. And - on top - this works only every once in a while. Bad show just one week after a "bug-fixing" upgrade👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
App crash
Pas mal mais l'app crash si on utilise le mode Eco Réal Feel, que ce soit en cliquant le bouton concerné dans l'app, ou quand on veut allumer le climatiseur (ex130) lorsque qu'il a été arrêté en mode Eco Réal Feel. Décevant.

Diese App ist wirklich der Hammer. Manchmal ist mein Gerät sichtbar, manchmal nicht. Manchmal lässt es sich steuern, manchmal nicht. Wie ein so renommiertes Unternehmen eine derartig schlechte App auf dem Markt werfen kann, ist mir nicht begreiflich.

Ça fait un an que je l’ai, il fonctionne du tonnerre pour une chambre de 25 m², ça fait le job je passe des bonnes nuit merci Délonghi
App Probleme
Bis jetzt hab ich noch nie eine Rezension abgegeben. Wieso bekommt man die Probleme nicht in den Griff. Ständige Abstürze der App sind nicht hinnehmenbar auf Dauer. Das ist ziemlich frustrierendnachts aufzustehen und man will schnell was über die App steuern aber sie lässt sich nicht öffnen. Bitte versucht das mal in den Griff zu bekommen

Furchtbare Bedienung, macht nicht was es soll.
Die App bekommt man nicht einfach zum laufen. Wenn man das Gerät auf Flüstern Modus stellt ist es am allerschlimmsten dann schaltet es oft immer wieder auf maximal Fann, wenn wolhl (?) eine gewisse Temperatur gefühlt unterschritten wird obwohl ich als Minimum Temperatur 18° angegeben habe, das wird niemals erreicht, ich habe 30°. Am besten funktioniert es für mich Automatik auszuschalten und auf vollen Ventilator und maximale Niedrigtemperatur. Laufen lassen. Hab mich jetzt die halbe Nacht mit dem Gerät rum geschlagen….. auch finde ich furchtbar, dass das Display so hell ist, dass es für ein Schlafzimmer nicht geeignet ist und nicht abstellbar, klebe es gerade mit Gaffer-Tape ab.

Deconnexion reguliere de l’application sous ios (aussi sous android en passant). Or une partie du pilotage de la clim depend uniquement de l’app. Application suffisamment nulle pour justifier de ne pas acheter l’appareil clim Pinguino qui, par ailleurs, est un bon appareil

Man kann zwar seine Klimaanlage damit steuern, aber die App stürzt sehr oft in der Anwendung beim Starten ab!!! daher nur zwei Sterne

New season, new frustrations. Every time I try to switch modes, the app crashes and the only way to get it to work again is by restarting the phone.
I truly wish De’Longhi invest a bit in updating the app. For a device that costs almost 1,000€, it’s truly a shame that the app is so useless!

Die App stürzt bei der Bewertung des Raumklimas ab. An den Entwickler: Lasst doch bitte einfach Claude oder ne andere KI ne App schreiben, wenn ihr das nicht wollt oder könnt. Die aktuelle App ist optisch und technisch eine Katastrophe.
