Can’t Get Past Initial Setup

Just downloaded the app and after selecting my De’Longhi model, an error message popped up and could not get past it. Kept telling me to “retry.” Not worth downloading.

Very few recipes

I went under the heading “meat” and only one recipe was displayed—and it was for potatoes! Have they given up adding to this recipe book?

Needs recipes for using accessories

Good app for Multigrill 1100, however there are no recipes for using the waffle plate or for using 2 flat or 2 grill plates together. The app would be improved by the addition of additional recipes for these use cases, especially for using the waffle plates.

The app cannot even start

After installing and opening, it returns: “Error
No mappable object
representations were found at the key paths searched.” Zero stars

Useless app

Just look at the title ……

No Multi-Cooker Option

I bought the Livenza Multi-Cooker which is an incredible product and apparently has “50 recipes designed exclusively for this multicooker” within this app. But when I open the app the multicooker isn’t even an appliance option to select. This is my second time downloading the app. I’m really disappointed in this app. Why not just have the recipes available on your website?

Freezes before I can even set language

Hopeless on my iPhone X. App deleted after several attempts

Hangs on startup with multiple devices

Have installed this on an iPad Pro (iPadOS 15.7) an iPhone13 pro(iOS 16.0.3) and an early iPad Air (iOS 12.5.7). On each device the result was the same. When started after download from the App Store the first screen to interact with is the language selection screen which is populated by a spinning fan which eventually times out leaving the app frozen. Restarting the iPad or removing and reinstalling the app make absolutely no difference.
A live chat on the De’longhi web site went nowhere with no suggestions for a solution.
Very disappointing.

Doesn’t open

It’s just loading at Select language

App is not working

On iPhone 12 I cannot pass after language change. It’s spinning downloading but nothing happens. Happy to change the rating if I had a chance to use the app

Not working

Not working ios 16

App freezes

I can’t get in to the app on my iPad despite being told it’s compatible…it freezes at the language set up stage with an error message that makes no sense!

Simply doesn’t load.

New downloads won’t even open.

Where’s the rest?

Extremely limited menu…pizza and quiche section has no pizza or quiche recipes. What’s the point of creating a section without the specified content?

Recipe App

It doesn’t work. It errors on the language select when starting.

Can’t get into it

Pretty useless when you cannot get into it. Keep getting message saying “No response descriptors match the response loaded” and freezes there.

Bug in app

I can’t get this app to even open!

Doesn’t work

I’ve bought a multi cooker, but this app doesn’t work at all. It shows me an error when I’m trying to open it 😵‍💫

App not working

App is not working on my iPhone 8 SE

Pathetic Effort

I guess De’Longhi only made this app to be able to say they had an app. Sad. IMO this app is worse for them than if they had no app at all.
