Delova Go

Delova Go is the delivery app for restaurants running on Delova. RESTRICTED ACCESS Delova Go is for drivers employed by, or working with, a restaurant that uses Delova. Your credentials are issued by your restaurant: you cannot sign up from within the app. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE Go online with a single tap and see today's deliveries, your completed runs and your activity in "My day". OPTIMISED ROUTES Delova Go groups your orders and works out the shortest sequence of stops, taking your transport mode into account: car, scooter or bike. STOP-BY-STOP NAVIGATION Built-in voice guidance to every customer, live estimated time of arrival and automatic arrival detection, so you can keep your hands where they belong. IN TOUCH WITH THE CUSTOMER Message the customer straight from the app — blocked entrance, building code, nobody home. Unread messages appear right on the navigation screen, even on a multi-stop run. THE CUSTOMER FOLLOWS YOU LIVE During the delivery, the restaurant and the customer can see your progress and your arrival time. Fewer calls, less waiting at the door. LOCATION USE Delova Go uses your location, including when the app is in the background or the screen is off, in order to: share your live position with the restaurant and the customer during a delivery, calculate your estimated arrival time and automatically detect your arrival at each stop. Sharing starts only when you begin a delivery and stops as soon as your run is over. No location is collected while you are offline. Delova is an online ordering platform for independent restaurants in France and Luxembourg.
