Low Resolution Pics! App has bugs.
Why market that you can buy and download photos from your portal when, (a) its a app, not a portal; and (b) the resolution of the pics via that app are less than half they resolution as the original photos! And, they are only available for 15 days!! For the exorbitant cost to purchase these photos - full resolution is not an unreasonable request. It’s not like you are archiving them for a long period of time.

Would be good, if app stopped crashing!

Download your photos from their website
The app only offers about 25% of the quality of what you can download from their website (info for the website was sent in a separate email). They do note that higher quality images are available on “CD or USB stick” in this app, so at least some warning of its limitation, but why is there this limitation? I definitely want full quality for the price paid, so the app is useless for me. Just download the zip file — it’s a couple extra steps on a phone, but iPhones can now unzip and save all the photos to your camera roll just fine.

App crashes but nice to have virtual DL
The app crashed about 5x when I tried to download all my pics. Then I “killed” all apps and relaunched this app and was able to download all 100 on the first go. Very nice feature to have them in my photo album quickly like this.
Crashes Constantly
Obviously there is no upkeep on this application. It crashes constantly. Want to pay $360 for a photo package and not be able to download them? Here’s your app!
App Crashes
Pics are only available for 15 days, and app crashes after only loading 10 pics! This was a complaint a year ago and still happening!
Got it to work
Turns out that you need to let ALL of your pictures show up on your screen so you can see the thumbnails BEFORE starting the download. Then it worked. However, the pictures come across in random order which is really disappointing. By the way, I downloaded 209 pictures.
App won’t open
Only allowed me to download half of my pictures before app shut down on me and won’t reopen again.
App keeps closing
I was really disappointed in this app. Initially was able to downloaded videos. Every time after when I tried to view the App closed out after 2 seconds. A family member reported the same issue.
The app crashes
Works well to sign in and see the photos. But when I clicked to download the pictures the app crashed repeatedly
Unacceptable app
Given a user name and password to login and download the pics. The app has a code with option to enter numbers only. User I got is my email address. On top of that nobody is answering the phones.
Such a bad app
The app crashes almost every time i try to download a picture. The only time it worked, and I clicked on the download logo, I did not even have the option to save the photo on my phone....
Keeps crashing
When attempting to all download photos, the app crashes every single time. Currently using iPhone X with iOS 12.1.
Worked for me
I’m not sure why other users are having an issue, but for me it worked fine. I logged in, clicked download all, and had all of the images on my phone within 10 seconds. I don’t doubt the issues others are having, but it worked great for me.

Paid 100 dollars and freezes and crashes
Paid quite a bit for my pictures and digital. Used my password and right after I login kicked me out every time ! Fix this
Total Crap!
Tried to download for hours, but I just constantly received the spinning doughnut! Photos would not download. Also tried single photos and app just crashed or froze after each photo, but still didn’t download. Noticed it will only download in 3G, OMG! This App is a complete waste of time, so don’t purchase any package which requires you to download photos. You’ll be extremely frustrated. I think the one good review must be an employee.

Useless
The app only opens to a half screen title screen, and the keyboard pops up, but typing anything doesn’t show on the screen and you can’t login. Doesn’t do a single thing on my 2nd gen iPad Pro.
The App keeps crashing
While the app keeps crashing after each downloads, there is an alternative option. Simply go to the left hand corner and click the 3 bars and select download all. Simple fix ❤️
Useless
This app is only good for viewing pics. It closes every time I attempt to download pictures to social media or my phone. A waste of time and space on my phone.
