I continue to receive error messages that the version is incompatible with my device. Please fix this.
Don’t bother
Statistically those how use apps on their phones have the most up-to-date IOS on their phones. If you, as a company, offer a fast, efficient way to pay bills at least keep your app updated sooner than 2 yrs.

This app is a big joke. No way to set up an account for the app. Nothing but a log in page but nothing that tells you what you need to do to get started.
The ad in the bill stated just to download the app to be able access all this wonderful info. Think they forgot a few important steps! Get with the times and out of the 20th century.
