Please add some features to the app
1. It loads very slowly when i open it.
2. There should be a feature to see previous trades of futures on chart where i entered where i exited.
3. The oi data should also be stable whenever i open the analyze part it just refresh 2-4 times on its own.
4. The last trade part section in analyse should also stop when i want the list just goes down when i try to stop it.

Faces Funds deposit issue
I deposited funds into Delta Exchange, and the money was deducted from my bank account but not reflected in my trading account. Because of this delay, I missed a trading opportunity. When I contacted customer support, they simply said it wasn’t their responsibility and did not take accountability for the issue. Very disappointing experience. If anyone wants to trade crypto, I would recommend using CoinDCX instead — my experience there has been much smoother and more reliable.

UI Glitches
Every time there is a sudden movement in price, the UI just fails to handle it, creating gaps in candles or unusual candle wicks. I’ve compared it with CoinDCX and didn’t find this problem there. I don’t think Delta Exchange team is able to resolve this because I’ve seen issue this pointed out in other reviews earlier.

Withdraw
Very disappointing experience!
I added ₹100 to test this app, but when I tried to withdraw, it showed that the minimum withdrawal limit is ₹500. This policy is completely unfair to small users and was not clearly mentioned before adding money. It feels misleading because most genuine apps allow withdrawal of any amount that’s available in your balance.
I hope the developers change this rule or at least inform users clearly before deposit. Until then, I do not recommend this app for new users. Transparency should be a top priority in financial applications. For this I’m not giving even 1star but I can proceed with it

NEED BETTER SL / TARGETS AND PRICE ALERTS
Delta Exchange works well for trading, but one major drawback is the lack of a proper price alert system. It doesn’t notify when the price reaches a set level, nor does it give strong, reliable alerts when stop-loss or target orders are hit. This is a very important feature for active traders, and without it, we have to constantly keep checking the app, which is inconvenient and risky. Please add a proper price alert feature and improve the notification system.

Lagging and freezing
I have been using delta exchange some time now it has very buggy it’s freezez until close app and re open then also same like and web also have same problem plz solve the problem immediately otherwise end up like wazirex

app and the website crash a lot of times
I had a very bad experience with Delta Exchange. The web terminal is poorly designed and crashes frequently, making trading frustrating and unreliable. Both the app and the website crash a lot of times, especially during important market movements, which causes a huge risk for traders. The platform feels unstable and not trustworthy for serious trading. Definitely not recommended until they fix these issues.

Not trustable
Been using from last 6 months . Everything was fine but recently when market crashed, the app goy glitched. People who took trades before or while the fall to scalp , whole the trades got liquidated, whether in direction of move or against. I was scalping shorting solana. And exited with profit but suddenly app glitched and my balance after maintenance got deducted as my last trade i shorted app shown me later as i took a buying trade. Then i raised ticket and no solution ,they said you took buying trade and it got liquidated. I made videos of my increased balance and later after maintenance of deducted balance. But they don’t care .
Then i joined there telegram group and learned so many users lost money on that day due to this glitch. I also learned same thing happened last year also by a ticket raised ss shared by group member along with mail revert from delta.
Then everyone was asking for refunds and solutions , they apply slow motion to chat ik msg in 5 mins then later 1 msg in 15 mins by any member. They deleted msgs in chat of members asking for solutions. Also removed members for asking them for solution and money back . People on 14 august 2025 lost lakhs of rupees and number of people suffering were 100s.

Fraud Exchange
Whenever the market makes a big move, this exchange also crashes, at that time you cannot take any trade on it, nor can you see the chart of your ongoing trade, nor can you close your trade. This causes double loss, or your position gets liquidated, or if you are in big profit, you are not able to close the trade. This has happened to me not once but many times, so do not waste your money on this exchange.

Application Review
The app is amazing however there are number of glitches that I had encountered. I will list one or two in this: 1. Sometimes when you open the app it shows as deposit fund even though there is amount in the app. It's similar to the one that shows up when you start using the app
2. Sometimes even though you have placed a trade it shows as 0 trades placed in the homepage for the application.
There are other issues as well. Please try fixing the glitches in the app as everytime the application needs to be closed and restarted

Features Need Improvement
Please create Zerodha similar user friendly order windows and chart. The current features aren’t sufficient to trade in highly volatile cryptos. Also review your liquidity, as it always liquidates even before the set SL is hit.
Worst Trading App Experience – Avoid at All Costs
I've been using Delta Exchange India for a while now, and I can confidently say this is one of the worst trading apps I’ve ever come across. The fees are ridiculously high — you end up losing 70–80% of your profit just in trading fees. That’s not just expensive, it’s daylight robbery.
On top of that, the app is full of glitches and bugs. Constant lags, sudden crashes, and incorrect PnL displays make it almost impossible to trade with confidence. Every update brings more instability instead of fixes.
There are many better platforms out there that are far more reliable, efficient, and transparent. If you value your money and peace of mind, do NOT use this app. I’ve paid enough in fees and frustration to warn others.

App keeps disconnecting
I have been using this app now for quite a while and the user experience with this app has been obnoxious, the app keeps on disconnecting from the server which makes it difficult to place order sometime and also sometime if u place a limit order the order will be filled immediately even if the price is far from the limit u have set,ill request the delta exchange team to first fix these issues then charge hefty amount in brokerage.

Highest Trading FEES and GLITCHES
Highest trading fee if you make profit the profitable amounts in which 40% would charge trading fees which is too much expensive if you increase lot size the trading fees also get double. App is fully glitches and bugged if you made entry after that you setup a stop loss it never get triggered due to which getting liquidated several times. Deposit works smoothly it get deposited fastest in wallet but in withdrawal case it is the slowest service i have experienced it takes 2 to 3 hrs to withdrawal into bank. P&L explaination is also hard to find out whats the profit and loss very pathetic service need to improve or its time to switch on to different platforms.

The issue of drawings
Overr all this good broker. I use this since last year ! But the issue is very irritating. Because when i drwa anything on chart .levels ,trendlines,etc. They not be saved . After one refresh al drawings gone ! . Its also a problem we can not save our drawings we have to draw again and agian . Like trading view when we draw on one device on chart drawing will we same shown in other devies to. Pls get this feature to save drawing! Thank u

Frequent Disconnection Issues
I've been using the Delta Exchange app for trading, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from smooth. The app consistently disconnects and reconnects every 30 seconds or so, making it extremely frustrating to execute trades or monitor the market effectively.
This constant disconnection disrupts the flow of trading, especially during volatile market conditions when every second counts. As a trader, reliability and stability are crucial, and this app fails to deliver on both fronts.
I hope the developers prioritize fixing these connectivity issues soon. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to serious traders.

Great App
Have been using for months now, the app is great. No issue in payment withdrawal, which is the main concern. One thing I noticed that, when i set a limit price beyond market price if the price difference is very less (I don’t know how much!!), then my order is automatically filled then and there but it doesn’t happen when limit price greater than market price for selling, and lesser than for buying. I hope you understand. App developers, please tell me if i am doing anything wrong.
