Bad Customer Service with NO FOLLOW UP

Do not use this! I wanted to refund my money as I do not wish to used the account when it was still called FlexM a few months ago but the customer service was so bad.... And now suddenly I received a text that said my $20 was transferred over.

It's just $20, why can't it be refunded?! Which part of “I don't want this account anymore”, that you do not understand.... OMG!
