Demetr: AI Meal Coach

Demetr is an AI meal coach that starts with a photo — for building better eating habits, one plate at a time. Snap a plate. Demetr estimates calories and macros, lets you tweak amounts, and saves a clean cutout you can browse in 3D. Through the day, a short, gentle note shows where you stand against your goal. When you’re ready, open a Daily Insight — a short read about what you ate, beside your workouts and other Health data you’ve allowed, with one concrete idea for tomorrow. WHAT YOU GET • Photo calorie and macro estimates you can edit before saving • Nutrition goals with time-aware progress notes that never scold • Daily Insights: a readable review of your day plus a tip for tomorrow • Camera or library capture with on-device subject cutouts • Optional Apple Health write for confirmed meals • Sign in with Apple for cloud analysis (Free: 20 meal analyses + 5 insights; Plus: 15 meals/day and 2 insights/day) BUILT AROUND THE PLATE Meals and insights stay on your device by default. Sign in with Apple ties quotas and Plus to your Apple identity so Free limits can’t be reset by reinstalling. Photos and meal details you choose to analyze, and Health summaries you allow for Daily Insights, are sent through our backend to OpenAI only to run the features you request. Demetr’s coaching is general guidance based on approximate estimates. It is not medical advice, and Demetr is not a clinical or dietitian service.
